There is a competitor limit of 130 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is Rs.300 (Nepalese Rupee).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of Rs.350 (Nepalese Rupee).
The Participant should compulsorily register on WCA and should make the payment before the registration ending.
You can pay the fees from 08:00 to 09:30 A.M. on day of the competition. Visit Registration and Payments Tab for more details.All the Newcomers are requested to get their valid ID proofs with Date of Birth Mentioned on it.

Registration Fees
- A base fee of Rs 300 is applicable which includes 1 event. An additional fee of Rs 75 per event will be applicable.
- For example. If you compete in 3 events, you pay base fees for 1 event and additional fee for 2 events. So Total 300 + (2x75)= Rs 450.
- All amounts are in Nepali Rupees.
Payment
Payment will be done on the spot from 08:00 to 09:30 hours at the venue. You can pay the organizers in person before the competition if you like.

By Air
The nearest and the only International Airport of Nepal, Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA) is at a distance of 5.7KM by a vehicle. You can easily get a taxi or bus from airport to the venue. Contact the organizers for exact details.
By Bus
From Ratnapark
You can easily get a bus/microvan from NAC (Infront of Kathmandu Mall) that goes to Teaching Hospital or Narayanthan or Basundhara. Get off at Japnese Embassyor Panipokhari and follow the maps from there
From Lalitpur
Get on a Sajha Bus from Patan Hospital and drop off at Panipokhari.
From Ringroad
Get any bus upto Maharajgung Chowk/Narayan Gopal Chowk and get on a vehical to go towards Panipokhari and drop off at Panipokhari.
Ride Sharing Apps
You can also download Tootle or Pathao app on your phone and get a bike ride or car ride(Only Pathao) up to venue from anywhere in Kathmandu.

For those of you new to cubing, WELCOME!
We wanted to let you know this event is perfectly fine for cubers of ANY age and experience. We just ask you know a couple things before coming to compete...
First, please be familiar with the WCA Regulations, found here:

FAQs
Q: Do I use my own cube to compete?
A: YES! You are responsible for your own hardware in order to compete. This means you should bring your own cube.
Q: What is the normal age of competitors at these events?
A: All ages are welcome, but in general competitors are between 10 and 20 years old. Don't let this stop you though, everyone can and should cube!
Q: How do I find results?
A: All results are posted on the WCA page within a week after the competition finishes. However, for the day of competing, go to Cubecomps.com to find information about current events. This is also where you will find information about upcoming rounds of events. Remember, the results are entered by a human so please be patient if you do not see your results immediately.
Q: Are there age divisions?
A: Nope! All competitors compete together.
Q: I want to attend, or I have friends/family who want to attend, but not compete. Do they need to pay as well?
A: No. All spectators are free to view the competition at no cost. There is payment only to compete. But in some cases, venue will be having restriction to allow spectators depending on the competition.
Q: Can I have fun at this event?
A: HECK YES! Cubing is amazing, and we sincerely hope you enjoy the competition!

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
