Trước giải đấu, mỗi thí sinh sẽ nhận được một email với các thông tin quan trọng về giải đấu.

Thí sinh nên đến hội trường ít nhất 1 tiếng trước khi nội dung thi đấu bắt đầu. Ban tổ chức sẽ truất quyền thi đấu của thí sinh nếu thí sinh không có mặt khi được gọi tên.

Thí sinh tham gia nội dung Bịt mắt Nhiều khối (MBLD) nên nộp Rubik trước khi nội dung diễn ra 20 phút. Ban tổ chức không chấp nhận các trường hợp nộp muộn hơn thời gian quy định và sẽ huỷ lượt giải của bạn.
Nội dung Bịt mắt 4x4x4 (4BLD) và Bịt mắt 5x5x5 (5BLD) không có giải lao giữa các nội dung. Thí sinh nên chuẩn bị tâm lý và thể trạng tốt nhất trước khi thi đấu, ngoại trừ lý do bất khả kháng (sẽ trừ vào thời gian Cộng dồn).
Với nội dung giải Tối ưu (FMC), thí sinh nên chuẩn bị thể trạng tốt nhất và có mặt tại hội trường trước thời gian thi đấu 5 phút.

Toàn bộ các thí sinh đều có nhiệm vụ phải lên làm trọng tài (judge) hoặc người tráo đề (scrambler) nếu được gọi tên. Ban tổ chức có quyền truất quyền thi đấu của thí sinh nếu thí sinh không thực hiện nhiệm vụ mà không có lý do chính đáng.

Judging Tutorial.

Before the competition, all competitors will receive an email containing important information about the competition.

Competitors should be present at the venue at least 1 hour before the scheduled start of their event to accommodate any scheduling changes. The organization team reserves the right to disqualify competitors who are not present when called to compete.

Competitors participating in Multi-Blindfolded (MBLD) event should submit their cubes 20 minutes before the event. We do not accept submissions later than the specified time and will disqualify your attempt.
4x4x4 Blindfolded (4BLD) and 5x5x5 Blindfolded (5BLD) events have no breaks in between. Competitors should have themselves in their best conditions before competing, except for force majeure reasons (will be deducted from Cumulated time).
For Fewest Moves event (FMC), competitors should have themselves in their best conditions to present themselves at the venue 5 minutes before time.

Every competitor is obligated to serve as a judge or scrambler when called. The organization team reserves the right to disqualify a competitor who fails to serve without a valid reason.

Dưới đây là bảng lệ phí cho từng môn. Thí sinh tính lệ phí bằng cách: Phí cơ sở + Phí nội dung, rồi nộp lệ phí theo phương thức bên dưới.
Tuỳ theo thời gian hoàn thành đăng ký, lệ phí sẽ thay đổi theo các đợt Sớm - Thường - Muộn, tính theo giờ Việt Nam.

Ví dụ: Bạn Hiếu đăng ký các môn 3BLD, MBLD và Clock, và nộp tiền vào ngày 18 tháng 7 (Đăng ký thường). Tổng lệ phí của bạn Hiếu là 140,000 + 40,000 + 40,000 + 40,000 = 260,000 VND.

Thí sinh nhập số tiền tương ứng với môn thi đã liệt kê ở trên rồi tiến hành thanh toán.

Về HUỶ / THÊM BỚT MÔN TRONG ĐƠN ĐĂNG KÝ
Nếu thời hạn đăng ký chưa đóng, thí sinh có thể thêm/ bớt nội dung thi đấu và được nhận hoàn tiền các môn đã bớt/ nộp thêm tiền các môn đã thêm.
*Thời gian được tính theo múi giờ Việt Nam (GMT+7)

*Nếu thêm bớt môn, thí sinh nộp thêm lệ phí từng môn theo bảng giá hiện tại / được hoàn tiền lệ phí môn đó theo bảng giá khi đăng ký.

Khi hủy toàn bộ đơn đăng ký, thí sinh chỉ được nhận lại 90% số tiền đã nộp (trước 1/8), và 50% số tiền đã nộp (trước 5/8).
Thí sinh có thể gửi mail cho TC nếu muốn thay đổi môn sau khi đã được chấp nhận đơn đăng ký.

Fee rates are listed below. The final fee amount is the sum of the Base fee and all applicable Event fees, based on when the registration was completed (both registered on the website and paid for) in GMT+7. All amounts below are in VND.

Example: Danielle registers for 3BLD, MBLD and Clock, and completes her registration on July 18th (Basic Entry). Danielle's final fee amount is 140,000 + 40,000 + 40,000 + 40,000 = 260,000 VND.

ABOUT CANCELLING / CHANGING EVENTS ON REGISTRATION FORM
Before registration deadline closes, competitors can add or remove events, then receive a refund for removed events / pay additional fees for added events.
*With the timezone GMT+7

*By adding an event/removing events, competitors pay an extra fee regarding the current fee tier / get refunded regarding registered time's fee tier.

However, if you want to cancel your entire registration, you will only receive a refund of 90% of registration fee (before August 1st), and receive a refund of 50% of registration fee (before August 5th).

Q: Điều kiện để tham gia giải?
A: Bất kể độ tuổi, quốc tịch, thành tích cao thấp đều có thể tham gia Blind Till Nine in Vietnam 2024. Và chúng tôi không có yêu cầu nào khác ngoài được thấy bạn tại bàn thi đấu!
Q: Tôi đã thanh toán rồi mà vẫn chưa có tên trong danh sách thí sinh?
A: Hãy kiên nhẫn. Sau khi bạn nộp đơn đăng ký và hoàn thành thanh toán, Ban tổ chức sẽ duyệt trong vòng 24 giờ.
Q: Giải đấu có cho phép đăng ký tại chỗ không?
A: Blind Till Nine in Vietnam 2024 không có đăng ký tại chỗ.
Q: Giải đấu có tối đa bao nhiêu thí sinh?
A: Giải đấu này có giới hạn 40 thí sinh. Chúng tôi khuyến khích thí sinh đăng ký sớm để giữ chỗ và để được hưởng mức phí ưu đãi nhất.
Q: Phụ huynh có được đồng hành cùng thí sinh không?
A: Thí sinh được phép vào hội trường cùng khách mời đi kèm. Số khách mời cần được khai báo trong lúc đăng ký.
Q: Thí sinh có cần tự mang rubik không?
A: Thí sinh cần tự mang rubik của mình để có thể dự thi.
Q: WCA ID của tôi ở đâu?
A: Nếu đây là giải đấu đầu tiên của bạn, bạn chưa có WCA ID. Nếu đã từng tham dự một giải đấu WCA trước đó, WCA ID của bạn sẽ nằm trong hồ sơ của bạn (hoặc tìm kiếm tên bạn + wca trên google).
Q: Bao giờ thì tôi cần có mặt tại hội trường?
A: Thí sinh nên có mặt 1 giờ trước nội dung thi đấu, đề phòng trường hợp lịch trình thay đổi. Ban tổ chức sẽ truất quyền thi đấu của những thí sinh không có mặt khi được gọi tên.

Câu hỏi về giải Bịt mắt (BLD):

Q: Thí sinh có cần thực sự biết giải Bịt mắt (BLD) thì mới được tham gia giải đấu không?
A: Thí sinh có thể tự thử thách bản thân. Tuy nhiên chúng tôi khuyến khích tham khảo các phương pháp giải Bịt mắt chính thống như OP để có thể tự tin cho một lượt giải thành công.
Q: Thí sinh có cần tự mang Băng bịt mắt không?
A: Thí sinh cần tự mang Băng bịt mắt của mình để dự thi. Nếu không mang Băng bịt mắt, thí sinh có thể bị truất quyền thi đấu các nội dung BLD.
Q: Băng bịt mắt như thế nào thì hợp lệ trong thi đấu?
A: Chúng tôi khuyến khích bạn sở hữu Băng bịt mắt khi đi ngủ, có kích thước đủ rộng thể che toàn bộ tầm nhìn. Có thể tìm thấy tại các cửa hàng tạp hoá hoặc Shopee.
Q: Có phải xoá logo trên khối Rubik trước khi thi BLD không?
A: Thí sinh phải tự xoá logo trên khối Rubik dự thi BLD. Chúng tôi khuyến khích dùng giấy ráp mỏng để xoá logo, hoặc đầu tư mua một viên tâm không có logo.
Q: Mang Bịt tai như thế nào thì hợp lệ khi thi BLD?
A: Bịt tai không có thiết kế điện tử bên trong và chỉ dùng với mục đích giảm âm thanh xung quanh. Có thể tìm thấy tại các cửa hàng dụng cụ xây dựng hoặc Shopee.
Q: Trong lúc giải BLD có được nói ra thành tiếng những gì mình ghi nhớ không?
A: Chúng tôi không khuyến khích việc nói memo ra thành tiếng khi giải, tuy nhiên nếu nói bé không ảnh hưởng tới thí sinh khác thì được.
Q: 4BLD và 5BLD thi đấu như thế nào?
A: Cả hai nội dung sẽ được thi đấu liền kề với nhau. Sau khi kết thúc 3 lượt giải của 4BLD, giám khảo sẽ mang tới cho bạn lượt giải đầu tiên của 5BLD. Nếu bạn chỉ đăng ký 5BLD, bạn sẽ bắt đầu lượt giải 5BLD cùng lúc với nhóm thi 4BLD.
Q: Có thời gian giải lao giữa 4BLD và 5BLD không?
A: Chúng tôi không bố trí thời gian giải lao giữa 4BLD và 5BLD. Tuy nhiên, bạn vẫn có thể với mục đích thiết yếu (vd. toilet) với thời gian ngắn, và chúng tôi sẽ trừ thời gian Cộng dồn trong trường hợp này.
Q: Tôi có thể bỏ lượt giải (DNS) của mình không?
A: Bạn hoàn toàn có thể bỏ bất kỳ lượt giải nào. Hãy thông báo với Giám khảo hoặc Ban tổ chức ngay khi có quyết định.

Q: Thí sinh có cần tự mang bút chì, tẩy, giấy nháp, sticker, cube không?
A: Thí sinh phải tự chuẩn bị cube (tối đa 3 khối), sticker (nếu cần thiết). Tuy nhiên, Ban tổ chức sẽ phát bút chì, tẩy, giấy nháp kèm với đề thi.
Q: Tôi có được phép sử dụng Bịt tai để thi FMC không?
A: Thí sinh có thể sử dụng Bịt tai. Tuy nhiên, bịt tai không có thiết kế điện tử bên trong và chỉ dùng với mục đích giảm âm thanh.
Q: Tôi có thể tạm dừng và ra ngoài với lý do cá nhân trong lượt giải không?
A: Thí sinh có thể ra ngoài với thời gian ngắn khi có lý do vệ sinh. Tuy nhiên, thí sinh phải đồng ý giao nộp các thiết bị điện tử và thí sinh sẽ được tiễn cử tới nhà vệ sinh bởi 1 người trong ban tổ chức.
Q: Tôi có thể ra ngoài sớm sau khi hoàn thành lượt giải của mình không?
A: Có. Thí sinh có thể nộp bài sớm bằng cách thông báo với Giám khảo, và có thể ra ngoài sớm hơn thời gian kết thúc lượt giải.
Q: Tôi có thể bỏ lượt giải (DNS) của mình không?
A: Bạn hoàn toàn có thể bỏ bất kỳ lượt giải nào. Hãy thông báo với Giám khảo hoặc Ban tổ chức trước khi lượt giải được diễn ra.

General question:

Q: How old/fast do I have to be to compete?
A: This competition is for all cubers, regardless of age, skill or nationality. Don't be discouraged by unsatisfactory results, as a WCA competition is more of a socializing space than a competitive one!
Q: Why am I not on the competitor list after paying the fee?
A: After a successful registration, which includes paying the fee in full, the registration will be approved within 24 hours. Please contact the organizing team if a registration remains unapproved after this timespan.
Q: What is the competitor limit for this competition?
A: This competition has a limit of 40 competitors. Registering early to secure a spot and enjoy the best fee rates is strongly advised.
Q: Can I register at the venue?
A: This competition does not allow for on-the-spot registration.
Q: Can competitors bring guests with them?
A: Competitors are allowed to bring guests with them to the venue. This number of guests is to be reported on the competitor's registration.
Q: Do competitors have to bring their own cube?
A: Competitors are required to use their own cubes during the competition. It is recommended to refer to sponsor vending stalls if you do not yet have a cube.
Q: Where is my WCA ID?
A: If this is your first competition, you do not have a WCA ID yet. If you have competed in at least one WCA competition before, your WCA ID will be on your profile (which can be found by searching your name on the WCA website)
Q: When do I have to be present at the venue?
A: It is advised that competitors be present at least 1 hour before their event in case of scheduling changes. Competitors who fail to show up to compete when called will be disqualified.

Question related to Blindfolded-solving (BLD):

Q: Do I need to actually know BLD to participate in the events?
A: You can challenge yourself. However, we encourage you to refer to the official BLD solving methods like OP to be confident in a successful attempt.
Q: Do I need to wear my own Blindfold?
A: Competitors need to bring their own Blindfold. If you do not wear a blindfold, we may disqualify you from competing in BLD events.
Q: What kind of Blindfold is recommended in competition?
A: We recommend a sleep mask that is large enough to cover your entire vision. Can be found at grocery stores or Shopee.
Q: Do I have to remove the logo on my cubes before compete in the BLD events?
A: Competitors must manually erase the logo on their cubes in order to compete in BLD. We recommend using thin sandpaper to remove the logo, or investing in a blank center cap.
Q: What kind of earmuff is recommended in competition?
A: Earmuffs do not have internal electronics and are only used for the purpose of reducing ambient sound. Can be found at construction tool stores or Shopee.
Q: In a BLD attempt, can I say out loud what I memorized?
A: We do not encourage saying memos out loud when solving. However, if saying them does not affect other contestants, it is okay.
Q: How to compete in 4BLD and 5BLD?
A: Both events will be processed continuously. After competing 3 attempts of 4BLD, a judge will bring you the first attempt of 5BLD. If you only register for 5BLD, you will start a 5BLD attempt at the same time as others start a 4BLD attempt.
Q: Is there a break between 4BLD and 5BLD?
A: We do not schedule breaks between 4BLD and 5BLD. However, you can still ask for it for essential purposes (e.g. toilet) for short periods of time, and we will deduct the commulated time in this case.
Q: Can I skip my solve (DNS)?
A: You can absolutely skip any round. Please notify the Judges or Organizers as soon as your decision is made.

Question related to Fewest Moves (FMC):

Q: Do I need to bring my own pencils, erasers, notes, stickers, and cubes?
A: Competitors must prepare their own cubes (maximum 3 cubes), stickers (if necessary). However, we will provide pencils, erasers, and notes.
Q: Am I allowed to use Earmuffs to compete in FMC events?
A: Competitors may use Earmuffs. However, earmuffs which do not have internal electronics and are only used for sound reduction purposes.
Q: Can I pause my solve and go outside the room for personal reasons during an attempt?
A: Yes. You can go to the toilet during the solve. However, a jugde/member of staff will make sure to collect your electronic devices and will escort you to the toilet. Reason: To make sure there would be no inappropriate behavior.
Q: Can I get out early after completing my solve?
A: No. All competitors must sit in the room until the end of time. Reason: to prevent scrambles from being revealed.
Q: Can I skip my solve (DNS)?
A: You can absolutely skip any attempt. Please notify the Judge or Organizers before the beginning of an attempt.
