The base registration fee for this competition is 30 zł (Polish Złoty).
If your registration is cancelled before Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 6:00 PM UTC you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 6:00 PM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 6:00 PM UTC by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.

If there will be more willing competitiors who will complete registration than competitors limit we will hold waiting list, so if any of the confirmed competitiors would resign next person from the waiting list will be allowed for the competition. Waiting list will be cleared at 14th of July 2021 at 20:00 CEST, and from that moment there will be no option to be accepted for the competition. It's also moment where all payments by not confirmed competitors will be refunded.

Jeżeli więcej zawodników niż przewiduje to limit zawodników dokona kompletnej rejestracji utworzona zostanie lista rezerwowa. Jeżeli któryś z potwierdzonych zawodników zrezygnuje na jego miejsce zostanie zaakceptowana kolejna osoba z listy rezerwowej. Lista rezerwowa zostanie wyczyszczona 14 lipca 2021 o godzinie 20:00 czasu środkowoeuropejskiego letniego i od tego momentu dostanie się zawody będzie niemożliwe. W tym samym momencie będziemy zwracać płatności dokonane przez zawodników którzy nie dostali się na listę zawodników.
Zmiany konkurencji
Na tych zawodach będzie można dopisać się do konkurencji do 14 lipca 2021 do godziny 20:00 czasu środkowoeuropejskiego letniego.

Aby przeciwdziałać rozprzestrzenianiu się wirusa SARS-CoV-2 na naszych zawodach planujemy następujący wachlarz działań:
- grupy o liczebności równej liczbie stanowisk - sprawia to, że zawodnicy przez wszystkie próby danej rundy siedzą w jednym miejscu, a ponadto tylko jedna osoba dotyka sensorów timera w trakcie rundy
- po każdej grupie timery będą czyszczone
- na sali zawodów będzie można skorzystać z płynu dezynfekującego, a przy wejściu na salę zawodów będziemy wymagać skorzystania z tego płynu
WAŻNE:
Osoby przejawiające wyraźne objawy COVID-19 mogą nie zostać wpuszczone na salę zawodów, a co za tym idzie nie będą mogły wziąć w nich udziału. Jeżeli zauważyłeś u siebie objawy zalecamy pozostanie w domu i napisanie do nas aby otrzymać zwrot opłaty rejestracyjnej.
Każdy zawodnik może przyprowadzić ze sobą MAKSYMALNIE 1 gościa, jeżeli jest taki zamiar, prosimy o zgłoszenie go w formularzu rejestracyjnym.
To stop spread of SARS-CoV-2 virus on our competition we are planning following actions:
- groups will have the same number of competitors as number of stations so only one person touches timer sensors during a group and competitors do not move around each other when competing
- timers will be desinfected after each group of competitors
- there will be desinfecting liquid in few spots in the venue, we will be requiring people to use it when entering the venue
IMPORTANT:
People with symptoms of COVID-19 may be refused to enter the venue thus not allowed to take part in the competition. If you see any symptoms on yourself please stay home and write us to get registration fee refunded.
Every competitor may bring MAXIMUM 1 guest, if you plan to get someone with you please report him/her in the registration form.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
