This competition will only hold blindfolded events and FMC! First time competitors are welcome, but we will not be holding traditional events like 3x3x3 or Pyraminx.

There is a parking garage located adjacent to the building at 1759 N. High Street Columbus, Ohio 43210. Pricing can be found at the garage website.

Entrance:
Ohio Union: You may enter either at the East Entrance on High Street or at the West Entrance on College Road. Proceed to the Cartoon Room on the Third Floor.
The second day of the competition will be in the Senate Chamber on the 2nd floor

Hotels:
There is no designated hotel for this competition.
However, there are multiple hotels located near the univeristy including Holiday Inn Express, Days Inn, Comfort Suites, The Blackwell Inn, The Urban, and more

Food:
There are several options inside the Ohio Union including the Union Market, Woody's Tavern, and Sloopy's Diner. There are also many options on high street.

This competition only features Blind Events and FMC

All newcomers must be familiar with the WCA Regulations before competing. This video gives a basic overview of the rules. Note that this video is fairly old and some information may be outdated.

In addition, please read this document before coming to the competition.

Finally, please be familiar with how to judge at a cubing competition. All competitors will be required to judge in at least one of the events they are competing in. This video gives a basic overview of how to judge, and does include more up-to-date information.

Please be aware of Ohio State's minor policy, stating that all attendees under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent or adult at all times on campus property (which includes the Ohio Union).

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
