The base registration fee for this competition is 700 ₽ (Russian Ruble).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Spectators can attend paying an entry fee of 200 ₽ (Russian Ruble).

3. Если Вы участвуете в WCA соревнованиях НЕ в первый раз, то у Вас должен быть привязан WCA ID. Если Вас встречает поле поиска - это значит, что Вы не привязали WCA ID.
4. Должно быть оплачено участие. Ссылка на оплату выше.
5. Когда заявка будет принята, имя участника появится в списке участников.

На данном чемпионате есть лимит 700 участников. Участники, зарегистрировавшиеся после достижения лимита, будут помещены в список ожидания. Этот список работает по следующей системе:

Участник полностью проходит процесс регистрации и помещается в список ожидания.
По мере отмены регистрации зарегистрированных участников, заявки участников в списке ожидания подтверждаются в том порядке, в котором они регистрировались (при этом пройдя все этапы регистрации).
Заявки участников, которые неполностью прошли процесс регистрации отменяются через 3 дня после отправления заявки. Для того, чтобы зарегистрироваться, этот участник должен будет снова отправить заявку и полностью пройти процесс регистрации.

There is a competitor limit of 700 competitors at this competition. Competitors that have registered after the competition has reached its limit will be placed on the waiting list. This list works in the following way:

A competitor completes the entire registration process and is placed on the waiting list.
As some registered competitors cancel their registrations, competitors on the waiting list will have their registrations confirmed in the same order they registered in (this implies having completed all steps).
Registrations from competitors that only partially completed the registration process will be rejected 3 days after their registration was sent. In order to register they will be required to send a new registration and complete all steps of the registration process.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
