The competition will be held at the indoor hall on the 4th floor of Kolese Kanisius, Jakarta.

There will be seating for both competitors and spectators.

Transportation

Parking space available for both car 🚗 and motorcycle 🛵.

Competitors and spectators may arrive by TransJakarta Bus as the bus shelter "Kanisius" is near to the venue. As an alternative, Commuter Line rail also available with Gondangdia as the nearest station.

Accommodation

There are many hotels in the city. Below are a few a bit nearer to the venue:

3. Whiz Hotel Cikini Raya
4. Hotel Dreamtel Jakarta

Kompetisi ini diadakan di aula dalam ruangan di lantai 4 Kolese Kanisius, Jakarta.

Tersedia tempat duduk untuk peserta dan penonton.

Transportasi

Tersedia parkir untuk mobil 🚗 dan sepeda motor 🛵.

Peserta maupun pendamping/penonton dapat menaiki bus TransJakarta dan turun di halte terdekat yaitu "Kanisius". Alternatifnya, kereta Commuter Line jalur Bogor-Jakarta Kota turun di Stasiun Gondangdia.

Venue Rules

As the competition venue is taken place at a school environment, therefore there will be rules applied throughout the venue location:
1. Before entering school area, it is mandatory to wash your hand, checking body temperature, and showing your vaccination card.
2. No outside food are allowed.
3. Water bottles (tumblers, plastic bottles, etc) are allowed.
4. No sharp objects (scissors, cutters, etc); screwdrivers and lube are allowed.
5. No items that endangers the schools environment (cigarettes, vapes, lighter, etc).
Failure to comply with these rules will result in the item being confiscated and will not be returned under any circumstance. Therefore, we hoped for your cooperation to follow the rules.

Peraturan Venue

Karena lokasi kompetisi berada di lingkungan sekolah, maka terdapat peraturan-peraturan yang berlaku pada seluruh sekolah:
1. Sebelum memasuki lokasi sekolah, diwajibkan untuk mencuci tangan, mengecek suhu tubuh, dan menunjukkan bukti vaksinasi.
2. Tidak diperbolehkan membawa makanan dari luar.
3. Diperbolehkan membawa botol minum (tumbler, botol plastik, dll).
4. Tidak diperbolehkan membawa barang tajam (gunting, cutter, dll); obeng dan pelumas diperbolehkan.
5. Tidak diperbolehkan membawa barang yang membahayakan lingkungan sekolah (rokok, vape, korek, dll).
Jika ada peraturan yang dilanggar, maka barang tersebut akan disita dan tidak akan dikembalikan. Dengan demikian kami mohon kerjasama untuk mematuhi aturan yang berlaku.

What COVID safety protocols will be in place?

• Proof of 2nd dose vaccination (COVID-19 digital certificate) will be required upon entry for all competitors and guests above 18 years.
• Face masks are mandated for all competitors and guests.
• There will be an increased focus on hand hygiene and maintaining social distancing, hand sanitiser will be available throughout the venue.
• There will be an increased cleaning regime.
• Competitors are limited to TWO guests. Spectators who are not associated with a registered competitor must fill out the attendance form to enter the venue. Guests have to fill the form as well.

Competitors MUST NOT attend if they are:
- unwell with any COVID symptoms
- been directed to isolate by the Department of Health or local Puskesmas.
- awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test

Can competitors get a refund if they are isolating?

Yes, if competitors are in isolation they will be eligible for a refund of their registration fees. They must email us before the competition begins.

Will there be an attendee limit at this competition?

The venue has have a maximum number of persons allowed due to COVID safety protocols. We ask that competitors only bring one guest.

Do competitors and guests have to wear a face mask?

Face masks are mandatory all competitors and guests in line with Kemenkes regulations.

Can competitors bring their own face mask and/or hand sanitiser?

Yes, it is recommended that competitors bring their own face mask and hand sanitiser. Hand sanitiser will be provided at the venue.

Can I still borrow some one else's puzzles?

We advise against sharing of puzzles.

Please make sure competitor puzzles are legal for competition, especially for events such as 3x3 blindfolded (no logos!). All of the information regarding cube legality can be found in the WCA Regulations. If competitors are unsure about this please don't hesitate to contact the organisers with any questions.

Protokol keamanan COVID apa yang akan diterapkan?

• Bukti vaksinasi dosis kedua (sertifikat digital COVID-19) akan diperlukan saat masuk untuk semua peserta dan tamu di atas 18 tahun.
• Masker wajah wajib untuk semua peserta dan tamu.
• Akan ada peningkatan fokus pada kebersihan tangan dan menjaga jarak sosial, hand sanitizer akan disediakan oleh panitia di beberapa sudut area.
• Peserta hanya boleh membawa 2 tamu/pendamping. Penonton yang tidak terkait dengan peserta yang terdaftar harus mengisi formulir kehadiran untuk memasuki tempat acara. Para tamu juga harus mengisi formulir.

Peserta DILARANG hadir jika mereka:
- Tidak sehat dengan gejala COVID.
- Diinstruksikan untuk isolasi oleh Dinas Kesehatan atau Puskesmas setempat.
- Sedang menunggu hasil tes COVID-19 atau hasil tes sudah rilis.

Bisakah peserta mendapatkan pengembalian dana jika mereka isolasi mandiri?

Ya, jika peserta sedang dalam masa karantina maupun isolasi mandiri, mereka akan memenuhi syarat untuk mendapatkan pengembalian uang dari biaya pendaftaran mereka. Mereka harus mengirim email kepada panitia sebelum kompetisi dimulai.

Apakah akan ada batasan peserta pada kompetisi ini?

Tempat acara memiliki jumlah maksimum orang yang diizinkan karena protokol keselamatan COVID. Kami meminta peserta hanya membawa satu tamu.

Apakah peserta dan tamu harus memakai masker?

Masker wajah wajib bagi seluruh peserta lomba dan tamu sesuai aturan Kemenkes tentang aktivitas di dalam ruangan.

Bolehkah peserta membawa masker dan/atau hand sanitiser sendiri?

Ya, panitia menyarankan agar peserta membawa masker dan hand sanitiser sendiri. Handsanitizer akan disediakan di beberapa sudut.

Bolehkah saya meminjam rubik's cube orang lain?

Kami menyarankan untuk tidak saling meminjamkan cube maupun alat tulis.

Pastikan cube peserta legal untuk kompetisi, terutama untuk acara seperti 3x3 blindfolded (tanpa logo!). Semua informasi mengenai legalitas kubus dapat ditemukan di Peraturan WCA. Jika peserta tidak yakin tentang hal ini, jangan ragu untuk menghubungi panitia penyelenggara untuk bertanya.
