Antes de registrarte lee detenidamente los siguientes pasos a seguir. DEBES CUMPLIR CON TODOS.

1) Regístrate o inicia sesión en la página de la WCA.

2) Esta competencia tiene un cupo de 70 competidores, revisa si todavía hay cupo en la sección competidores.

3) Si es tu primera competencia oficial, puedes pasar al paso número 4.
Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial y ya tienes vinculada tu cuenta, puedes pasar al punto número 4.
Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial desde 2022, ya tienes vinculada tu cuenta, puedes pasar al punto número 4.
Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial pero no tienes vinculado tu WCAID, realiza los pasos del siguiente video y una vez vinculada tu cuenta procede al registro. Si ya has competido y tu WCAID no está vinculado, tu registro no será aceptado. Anticípate.

4) El día 08 de Agosto a las 8.00 P. M. CDT entra a la pestaña registro, selecciona tus categorías y da clic en "registrarse".

5) Revisa tu correo electrónico, incluyendo la bandeja de SPAM. Si eres de los primeros 70 competidores, recibirás un correo con la información y detalles para realizar el pago. Contarás con 24 horas para pagar tu registro. En caso que el cupo haya sido alcanzado, recibirás la información para poder agregarte a la lista de espera.

6) Una vez hayas cumplido con los pasos indicados en el correo, tu registro será aceptado.

Si tienes alguna duda o problema con tu registro, comunícate con el equipo organizador inmediatamente mediante la página oficial del Team Jalisco o por correo cubingjalisco@gmail.com

Toma en cuenta que los registros se aprueban manualmente después del pago, por lo que es posible que tu registro no se apruebe de inmediato, pero confía en que seguimos la aprobación en el orden de llegada. Verifica que estés dentro de la lista de competidores.

Permanece atento a tu correo incluyendo la bandeja de SPAM para cualquier noticia o actualización de la competencia. Una vez que los registros estén completos los horarios podrán sufrir ajustes y actualizaciones.

CUALQUIER PAGO REALIZADO ANTES DE LA APERTURA DEL REGISTRO O SIN HABER RECIBIDO UN CORREO POR PARTE DEL EQUIPO ORGANIZADOR SERÁ CONSIDERADO COMO DONACIÓN EN SU TOTALIDAD

Before registering read carefully all of the steps to follow. YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL.

1) Sign up or sign in in the WCA website.
2) This competition has a quota for 70 competitors, check if there is still spots available in the competitors section.

3) If this is your first WCA competition, you can move to step 4.
If you already have participated in other WCA competitions and you already have your WCA ID connected to your account, you can move to step 4.
If you already have participated in WCA competition since 2022, you have your WCA ID connected to your account, you can move to step 4.
If you already have participated in other WCA competitions but you don't have your WCA ID connected to your account, follow the steps in this video. After having your WCA ID connected to your account, continue with the registration. If you already have competed but your WCA ID is not connected to your account, your registration won't be accepted. Anticipate.

4) On August 08 at 8:00 PM CDT enter to the register and select your events:

5) Check your email, including SPAM. If you are the first 70 register competitor you're going to receive an email with all the information and details to complete you registration payment. You will have 24 hours to complete your paiment.

6) Once you complete all the email steps your registration are going to be accepted.

Keep in mind that the registrations are manually approved after the payment, so it is possible that your registration doesn't get approved immediately, but trust that we will keep the aprovements in the arrival order. Verify that you are on the list of competitors.

Keep an eye on your email, including the SPAM folder, for any news or updates on the competition. Once the registration is completed, the schedules can be modified or updated.

EVERY PAYMENT DONE BEFORE THE REGISTER OPENS OR WITHOUT HAVING RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THE ORGANIZATION TEAM WILL BE CONSIDERED AS A DONATION.

INFORMACIÓN DE LA LISTA DE ESPERA:

• Si se ha alcanzado el límite de 70 competidores, aún puedes registrarte y pagar la cuota de la competencia para asegurar un lugar en la lista de espera.
• Hasta el 01 de Septiembre, cualquier competidor puede cancelar su registro y permitir que la primera persona en la lista de espera ocupe su lugar.
• Después del 12 de Septiembre , se les eliminará de la lista de espera y todos lo competidores en ella recibirán un rembolso del 100%.
• Estar en la lista de espera no asegura de ninguna manera obtener un lugar en la competencia. Ningún competidor en lista de espera podrá participar los días de la competencia.
• Si estás en lista de espera puedes solicitar el reembolso del 100% de tu pago en cualquier momento por correo.

Si estás en lista de espera puedes solicitar tu reembolso del 100% al correo cubingjalisco@gmail.com El reembolso se realizara manualmente por lo que debes de ser paciente en lo que se realiza tu reembolso

WAITING LIST INFORMATION:

• If the limit of 70 competitors has been reached, you can still register and pay the competition fee to secure a place on the waiting list.
• Until September 01, any competitor can cancel their registration and let the first person on the waiting list to take their place.
• After September 12, they will be removed from the waiting list and all competitors on the waiting list will receive a 100% refund.

Para llegar al Colegio de Ingenieros Civiles del Estado de Jalisco recomendamos el uso del transporte público de la ciudad u otros servicios de transporte como Uber o DiDi, así como descargar la aplicación Moovit en tu telefono celular en la cual podrás consultar distintas rutas de transporte publico.

A continuación te mostramos algunas alternativas para llegar de distintos puntos de interés a la sede en transporte publico:

Central de autobuses -> CICEJ
Toma la Linea 3 del Sistema de Tren Electrico Urbano ubicado afuera de la central hasta la estación La Normal. Sal de la estación y camina a la parada de autobuses de la Glorieta de la Normal en la Av. Fray Antonio Alcalde. Debes de tomar el autobús donde se muestra en las siguientes imagenes.

Posteriormente toma las rutas de autobús C65 o C64 hasta llegar a la sede como se muestra en la siguiente imagen.

Aeropuerto Internacional de Guadalajara -> CICEJ
Dirigete a la parada de autobuses ubicada en el aeropuerto y toma la ruta T13-A/6 Dos Templos.
Baja del autobús en la Av. 16 de Septiembre una parada despues de la ubicada en el parque Agua Azul (el lugar donde deberás bajar del autobús se muestra en las imagenes).

Ahí mismo deberás tomar la ruta C33, dirigete hasta Av. de los Maestros donde deberás bajar de la ruta, una vez ahí camina 6 cuadras en dirección al este por Av. de los maestros hasta encontrar el establecimiento como se muestra en a siguiente imagen.

To get to Colegio de Ingenieros Civiles del Estado de Jalisco we recommend to use the public transportation of the city or another transport services such as Uber or DiDi. We also recommend to download the app Moovit on your cellphone to search for different routes.

Here are some alternatives to get to the venue from different points of the city on public transportation.

Bus station -> CICEJ
Take the subway located outside the bus station till the station "La Normal". Get off the station and walk to the bus stop located on the Av. Fray Antonio Acalde near the Glorieta de la Normal. You should take the bus where is shown on the next images.

Then take the bus C65 or C64 to get to the venue as is shown in the next image.

Guadalajara International Airport -> CICEJ
Walk to the bus stop located in the airport and take the bus T13-A/6 Dos Templos.
Get off the bus on Av. 16 de Septiembre one stop after the one located on the park Agua Azul. (The place where you should get off is shown in the next images).

Then take the bus C33, go till Av. de los Maestros where you should get off the bus. Once you're there walk 6 blocks to the east as is shown in the next image till you find the venue.
