Antes de registrarte lee detenidamente los siguientes pasos a seguir. DEBES CUMPLIR CON TODOS.

1. Regístrate o inicia sesión en la página de la WCA.

2. Esta competencia tiene un cupo de 60 competidores, revisa si todavía hay cupo en la sección competidores.

3. Si es tu primera competencia oficial, puedes pasar al paso número 4.

   • Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial y ya tienes vinculada tu cuenta, puedes pasar al punto número 4.
   • Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial pero no tienes vinculado tu WCAID, realiza los pasos del siguiente video y una vez vinculada tu cuenta procede al registro.
   • Si ya has competido y tu WCAID no está vinculado, tu registro no será aceptado. Anticípate.

4. El día 5 de abril a las 8.00 P. M. GMT-6 (hora local de Guadalajara) entra a la pestaña registro, selecciona tus categorías y da clic en "registrarse", no olvides seleccionar el numero de acompañantes ya que hay un limite de 2 acompañantes como máximo permitidos, para más información al respecto revise la pestaña Información sobre la sede / Venue information.

5. Revisa tu correo electrónico, incluyendo la bandeja de SPAM. Si eres de los primeros 60 competidores, recibirás un correo con la información y detalles para realizar el pago. Contarás con 48 horas para pagar tu registro. En caso que el cupo haya sido alcanzado, recibirás la información para poder agregarte a la lista de espera.

6. Una vez hayas cumplido con los pasos indicados en el correo, tu registro será aceptado.

Si tienes alguna duda o problema con tu registro, comunícate con el equipo organizador inmediatamente mediante el correo cubingjalisco@gmail.com

Toma en cuenta que los registros se aprueban manualmente después del pago, por lo que es posible que tu registro no se apruebe de inmediato, pero confía en que seguimos la aprobación en el orden de llegada. Verifica que estés dentro de la lista de competidores.

Permanece atento a tu correo incluyendo la bandeja de SPAM para cualquier noticia o actualización de la competencia. Una vez que los registros estén completos los horarios podrán sufrir ajustes y actualizaciones.

CUALQUIER PAGO REALIZADO ANTES DE LA APERTURA DEL REGISTRO O SIN HABER RECIBIDO UN CORREO POR PARTE DEL EQUIPO ORGANIZADOR SERÁ CONSIDERADO COMO DONACIÓN EN SU TOTALIDAD

Before registering read carefully all of the steps to follow. YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL.

1. Sign up or sign in in the WCA website.

2. This competition has a quota for 60 competitors, check if there is still spots available in the competitors section.

3. If this is your first WCA competition, you can move to step 4.

   • If you already have participated in other WCA competitions and you already have your WCA ID connected to your account, you can move to step 4.
   • If you already have participated in other WCA competitions but you don't have your WCA ID connected to your account, follow the steps in this video. After having your WCA ID connected to your account, continue with the registration.
   • If you already have competed but your WCA ID is not connected to your account, your registration won't be accepted. Anticipate.

4. On April 5th at 8:00 PM GMT-6 (Guadalajara's local time) enter to the register tab, select your events and click the button "register", don't forget to select the number of companions beacause there's a limit of 2 companions per competitor. For mor information please check the tab Información sobre la sede / Venue information.

5. Check your email, including SPAM. If you are one of the first 60 registered competitors you're going to receive an email with all the information and details to complete you registration payment. You will have 24 hours to complete your paiment.

6. Once you complete all the email steps your registration is going to be accepted.

If you have any doubts or problems with your registration, communicate with the team organizer immediately via email at cubingjalisco@gmail.com

Keep in mind that the registrations are manually approved after the payment, so it is possible that your registration doesn't get approved immediately, but trust that we will keep the aprovements in the arrival order. Verify that you are on the list of competitors.

Keep an eye on your email, including the SPAM folder, for any news or updates on the competition. Once the registration is completed, the schedules can be modified or updated.

EVERY PAYMENT DONE BEFORE THE REGISTER OPENS OR WITHOUT HAVING RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THE ORGANIZATION TEAM WILL BE CONSIDERED AS A DONATION.

Es importante leer esta información antes de la competencia ya que será de vital importancia para su ingreso a la sede.

1. La unica entrada al establecimiento autorizada para los competidores es la ubicada sobre el Boulevard Gral. Marcelino García Barragán (Blvd. Gral. Marcelino García Barragán 1421, Olímpica, 44430 Guadalajara, Jal.).
2. Es de suma importancia que como competidor solo permanezcas cerca de la zona de competencia dentro de CUCEI. En caso de abandonar la zona de competencia e ir a otro edificio dentro de CUCEI podrías ser sancionado.
3. El ingreso a espectadores esta limitado a dos acompañantes por competidor.
4. Para el acceso a la sede serán proporcionados codigos QR que los competidores y sus acompañantes podrán escanear en la entrada de CUCEI para permitir su accesso.

It's important to read this information before the competition because it's vitally important for your entry to the venue.

1. The only access to the venue autorized for competitors is the one at Boulevard Gral. Marcelino García Barragán (Blvd. Gral. Marcelino García Barragán 1421, Olímpica, 44430 Guadalajara, Jal.).
2. It's really important that as a competitor you only stay near the competition zone inside CUCEI. In case someone leaves the competition zone inside CUCEI they could be sanctioned.
3. Spectators access is limited to 2 companions per competitor.
4. For the venue access a QR code will be given to the competitors so they can scan them at the CUCEI access to get in the venue.

La mejor forma de llegar a CUCEI por medio de transporte publico es mediante el uso de la linea 3 del tren ligero de la ciudad. Sin embargo este no te deja en la entrada por la cual será proporcionado el accesso a los competidores por lo que tendrías que caminar hacia la otra entrada para poder acceder al evento.

Si llegas a la Nueva Central Camionera puedes tomar el sistema de tren justo afuera de la central, deberas bajar a la 5ta estación en la estación CUCEI. En caso de llegar al Aeropuerto Internacional de Guadalajara es dificil llegar a la sede en transporte publico por lo que recomendamos el uso de servicio de taxi.
Si desea llegar a la sede en transporte publico recomendamos el uso de la aplicación Moovit donde podrá encontrar indicaciones especificas para tomar el transporte publico hasta la sede.

The best way to get to CUCEI by public transportation is by the 3rd line of the city train system. But this doesn't leave you in the access were the competitors will be able to access to the venue so you must walt to the other entry to get access for the event.

If you arrive at Nueva Central Camionera you can take the train just outside the bus station, you must get off at the 5th station at CUCEI station. In case that you arrive at the Guadalajara International Airport it's difficult to get to the venue using public transportation so we highly recommend taking a taxi. If you want to get to the venue in public transportation we recommend using the app Moovit were you can find detailed information of how to get to the venue using public transpotation.

* Si el limite de 60 competidores ha sido alcanzado aún puedes registrarte a la competencia para asegurar tu lugar en la lista de espera.
* Si algún competidor cancela su registro antes del 2 de mayo el siguiente competidor de la lista de espera tomará su lugar.
* A partir del 2 de mayo, todos los competidores en lista de espera serán eliminados de esta.
* Estar en la lista de espera no asegura de ninguna manera obtener un lugar en la competencia. Ningún competidor en lista de espera podrá participar los días de la competencia.
* Si estás en lista de espera puedes solicitar el reembolso del 100% de tu pago en cualquier momento por correo

* If the 60 competitors limit have been reached you can still register to secure your spot in the waitlist.
* If any competitor cancel their registration before May 2nd the next competitor in the waitlist will take their place.
* After May 2nd, every competitor will be deleted from the waitlist.
* Being in the waitlist does NOT secure getting a place in the competition. No competitor from the waitlist will be able to participate at the competition.
* At any moment, you can ask the 100% refound by email if you are in the waiting list.
