Welcome to the first ever post-pandemic WCA competition in the Panay Island outside Iloilo province: Capiz Cube Craze 2024.
The competition is brought to you by Panay Speedcubers, with the help of Negros Speedcubers Organizing Committee.
By registering, competitors and its guests, including but not limited to: family members, friends, and guardians, must agree that the organizations involved, its personnels, and specific individuals, are not liable for any harm and injury, loss of personal belongings, property and emotional damage resulting in your participation of this competition.
Please note that the schedule posted on the website may be advance or behind depending on the flow of the actual competition.
Please be familiar with the WCA Regulations and its guidelines before participating in this event.

There is a competitor limit of 60 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₱350 (Philippine Peso).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
We encourage everyone to register for the events they want to compete in via your online registration, however you may add events to your registration up until the event has started.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of ₱350 (Philippine Peso).

Regular registration of 250.00 PhP for First Timers (inclusive of Certificate of Participation) for three events, and additional ₱50.00 per event.
Regular registration of 350.00 PhP for Returners (inclusive of Certificate of Participation) for three events, and additional ₱50.00 per event.

If registration requirements are complete, we will reply with a confirmation message and approve your registration. No confirmation message, registration not approved.
NOTE
(1) Please follow the registration and payment instructions. We run on a first come, first serve basis. If the registration requirements are not properly followed until the registration period ends, your registration will not be approved and strictly NO REFUNDS.
(2) Payment sent on the GCash account without confirmation as Registration payment will be considered as donations to the competition. Once again, please follow the registration requirements and instructions.

All Competitors
● As per WCA Regulation 1e2, you are obliged to officiate/judge upon being called. Failure in doing such duties will result in your disqualification from the competition at the discretion of a WCA delegate.
New Competitors
● For first timers, it is highly encouraged to familiarize yourself with the WCA Regulations.
● To accustom yourself even more with how WCA competitions work, you are required to read the WCA First-time Competitor Guide and/or watch this Competitor Tutorial by WCA Delegate, Kit Clement.
● If you are still confused as to what the procedures are, there will be a live demonstration/tutorial before the competition starts.
● Have fun and don't hesitate to ask questions to the Delegates and Event Organizers.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
