How do I register

• You need to pay in advance the registration fee in order to complete your registration. No registrations will be accepted without payouts.

1. Register for the competition here
2. After registration you'll be able to see the button to pay the €20 registration fee;
3. Remember to check your email address: an email containing more details about the competition will be sent in the week before the event.

Note: The registration procedure is completed only after you have paid the registration fee.

Number of participants
There is a limit of 50 competitors. If the limit is reached, there will be a waiting list.

When can I register
Registration will open on May 18th at 21:00 (CEST) and close on June 12th.

How much does it cost
The registration fee for this competition is:

• €20 (Euro) for Cubing Italy Cubing Italy Members (note: this membership is free, see more below).
• €30 (Euro) for Cubing Italy non-members (note: non-members will have to pay €20 online plus €10 on site if they decide not to become Member).

How can I become a Member?
Becoming a Cubing Italy Member is free and does not imply any obligation towards the association.
Membership is valid until you request cancellation.

You can become a member by filling out this form on the Cubing Italy website. The Board of Directors will contact you to confirm the membership with Cubing Italy as taken place.
For children under the age of 16 a parent's authorization is required. If you are under 16 years old, fill in the form with your data and send it anyway. The Board of Directors will contact you within a few days, sending you the authorization to be filled in and sent back signed by a parent.

This process can take up to 30 days since it's not automatic so don't panic if you don't recieve an immediat confirmation :)

Alternatively, it is possible to associate on site.

Can I get a refund?
If your registration is cancelled before 23:59 (CEST) of June 13th you will be refunded a 100% of your registration fee. If you wish to cancel your registration, press "delete" here.

Are spectators allowed?
Spectators are not allowed, each competitor can bring one guest only.

Come mi registro?

• Il costo di registrazione deve essere pagato in anticipo online per poter completare il processo di registrazione. Nessuna registrazione sarà accettata senza pagamento.

2. Una volta scelti gli eventi, e inviata l'iscrizione, comparirà il bottone per pagare i €20 della tassa d'iscrizione;
3. Ricordati di controllare la tua casella di posta elettronica: una email contenente maggiori dettagli sulla competizione sarà inviata nella settimana prima della competizione.

Nota: la procedura di iscrizione è completa solo una volta pagata la tassa di iscrizione.

Numero di partecipanti
C'è un limite di 50 partecipanti. Una volta raggiunto il limite, sarà aperta una lista d'attesa.

Quando posso registrarmi?
Le registrazioni aprono il 18 maggio alle 21:00 (CEST) e chiudono il 12 giugno.

Quanto costa?
Il costo di registrazione a questa competizione è:

• €20 (Euro) per i Soci di Cubing Italy (nota: associarsi è gratutito, maggiori informazioni sotto).
• €30 (Euro) per i non soci di Cubing Italy (nota: i non soci dovranno pagare €20 online più €10 in loco nel caso decidessero di non associarsi).

Come posso associarmi?
Associarsi è gratuito e non comporta alcun obbligo verso l’associazione.
Il tesseramento ha validitá permanente, fino ad una cancellazione volontaria.

È possibile associarsi compilando questo form sul sito di Cubing Italy. Il Consiglio Direttivo ti contatterà per confermarti dell'avvenuta associazione a Cubing Italy.
Per i minori di 16 anni è necessaria l'autorizzazione di un genitore. Se hai meno di 16 anni, compila comunque il form con i tuoi dati e invialo. Il Consiglio Direttivo ti contatterà entro pochi giorni, inviandoti l'autorizzazione da compilare e rimandare firmata da un genitore.

Il processo non è automatico e può richiedere fino a 30 giorni, quindi non andate nel panico se non ricevete una conferma immediata :)

Alternativamente è possibile associarsi in loco.

Posso avere un rimborso?
Se cancelli la tua registrazione prima delle 23:59 (CEST) del 13 giugno hai diritto al rimborso del 100% della tassa di iscrizione. Se desideri cancellare la tua registrazione, clicca "cancella" qui.

Sono ammessi spettatori?
Gli spettatori non sono ammessi, ogni partecipante puó portare solo un accompagnatore.

Train

Carpi's train station is 1.5km away from the venue. It's easy to reach if you take Mantova-Modena train line. Once you arrive at the station, walk to the venue (20 minutes) or take a bus.

Car

From Bologna/Milan: drive through A1 until Modena, then take A22 nortbound until you reach Carpi.
From Rome/Florence: once you arrive in Bologna, follow the previous instructions.

Bus

In order to get to the venue, take the yellow line (marked as "gialla") or the red line (marked as "rossa"). Get off at Peruzzi 3, the venue will be just there.

Treno

La stazione di Carpi dista 1.5km dalla venue. Ci si arriva facilmente in quanto sulla linea Mantova-Modena, una volta in stazione si può procedere a piedi attraversando il centro o prendendo un autobus o taxi.

Auto

Da Milano/Bologna: percorrere la A1 fino a Modena, poi la A22 direzione nord fino al casello di Carpi
Da Roma/Firenze: una volta arrivati a Bologna seguire le indicazioni precedenti

• Consulting: We offer our knowledge and experience about the world of speedcubing and Rubik's Cubes
• Diffusion: We promote and publicize events of local communities related to speedcubing.
• Support: We help organizers throughout the whole organization process.

The competition is officially recognized by the World Cube Association, therefore competitors are required to know the WCA Regulations.
All the competitors must be available to help during the competition. This means that if required, they'll have to act as judges or scramblers.
During the competition competitors will be divided into groups.

The schedule may be subject to change, so make sure to be at the venue at least 30 minutes before your scheduled events.

La competizione è ufficialmente riconosciuta dalla World Cube Association, quindi i partecipanti sono tenuti a conoscere il Regolamento WCA.
Tutti i concorrenti devono essere disponibili per aiutare durante la competizione. Ciò significa che, se necessario, dovranno rendersi disponibili come giudici o scrambler.
Durante la competizione i concorrenti saranno divisi in gruppi.

Il programma della competizione potrebbe essere soggetto a modifiche, quindi assicurati di essere presente almeno 30 minuti prima dei tuoi eventi programmati.

Convenzione per il pranzo
I partecipanti alla competizione hanno diritto a una bibita a scelta gratis entrambi i giorni per pranzo da "Jitty Fast Food", poco distante dalla venue.
