Information for All Competitors
Schedule Changes: Please note that the schedule is subject to change up until the Wednesday before the competition. Any major changes should be communicated in the precompetition email.
Please help judge! As a competitor, your judging assignments are the absolute minimum you should be doing to help out. Since second rounds, third rounds and finals have no assigned judges, we really need people to help out whenever available for these. If you're a parent you can also get involved with running and juging, it's really easy! We will have a judging tutorial in the mornings as well, which will run through the process and will be tailored towards parents who want to get involved.
No flash photography anywhere in the venue.
If you are a spectator, please never stand further forward than the front row of spectator chairs.
We will be taking videos and photographs of the competition and the environment for our social media pages and website. By attending the competition as a competitor or a guest, you are accepting that you may be filmed or photographed for these purposes.

Accommodation
Disabled Access
The venue is step-free accessible from the main car park to the sports hall, but the venue can provide disabled parking right outside the Sports Centre entrance for us if required, as the car park is a couple of minutes walk away. Contact us if you need assistance.
Each event is run in groups, determined by how many people are competing in that event. We will call up the groups either one or two at a time depending on how many stages we have at the competition (which you can see on the Schedule tab). Odd groups will always be on the left stage and even groups on the right stage. Your scrambling and judging assignments are the minimum amount you should be helping out as it only is for first rounds. We always appreciate extra help!
Please note down which groups you are competing and scrambling in before arriving at the competition!
Groups
Groups will be available on competitiongroups.com after registration closes.
Important Note for MBLD:
We are enforcing a competitor limit on MBLD for organisational reasons. There are only 20 spots available, and they will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis as you register. Competitors who register for MBLD after the limit has been reached will be on a reserve list if someone drops out before Monday 21st April 2025 at 5PM GMT+1. Please consider only registering for this event if you are certain you would like to compete.
We will update this page with the competitor list (and waiting list if applicable) after registration opens.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
