Du betalar till att börja med fullt pris, men vi återbetalar 25% i samband med att anmälan granskas (godkänns eller sätts på väntelistan).

Vill du också arrangera en tävling?

Du kan också arrangera en tävling i din stad! Det enda kravet är att du har koll på en lokal som hade passat bra för en tävling. Det kan vara allt från matsalar, gymnastiksalar, bygdegårdar, folkets hus och klubb- eller samlingslokaler. Själva tävlingen kan pågå i bara ett par timmar på en vardagskväll eller en hel långhelg, du bestämmer. Därefter kan SveKub hjälpa till med det du inte kan eller vill göra själv, såsom tävlingsschema, budget och hemsida. Mer information om och hur det går till att arrangera en tävling finns här.

SveKub

This competition is organized together with SveKub.

As a member of SveKub, you always have a 25% discount on competitions. The membership is free, but is only available for Swedish citizens.
Read more about becoming a member on our website or become a member away.

To get the discount, you simply need to be registered as a SveKub member. After that, you register as normal and we will verify which competitors are members and which are not.
You will pay the full price to begin with, but we will refund 25% when reviewing the registration (approving it or moving it to the waiting list).
In the future, we hope to have a slightly more convenient system, but the current registration system can not have different registration fees for different people.

Do you also want to organize a competition?

You can also organize a competition in your city! The only requirement is that you know a venue that would be suitable for a competition. It can be anything from canteens, sport halls, community centers and club or meeting rooms. You decide for how long the competition should run, anything from a couple of hours on a weekday to an entire weekend is a possibility. After that, SveKub can help with what you can't or don't want to do yourself, such as a competition schedule, budget and website. Viktig info

Alla tävande ska ha läst WCA:s Regler. Deltagare förväntas känna till WCA:s reglemente innan man deltar på en officiell tävling. Reglerna finns även översatta till svenska, men tänk på att det är den engleska originalversionen som gäller om det skulle finnas några skillnader.

Vi kommer ha en deltagarintroduktion på söndag morgon för nya deltagare där vi går igenom hur det går till när man tävlar på en officiell WCA-tävling. Vill man redan nu få bättre koll på hur tävlingsproceduren går till, kolla då gärna denna video som visar detta på ett bra sätt. Att läsa igenom denna guide är också en bra idé eftersom den visar det mesta man behöver känna till som deltagare.

Du måste vara anmäld till tävlingen online för att få tävla! Du kan anmäla dig här.

Alla nya tävlande bör ha med ett giltigt ID. För att få tävla som ny deltagare måste du kunna identifiera dig själv och visa att den information du gav oss när du registrerade dig för den här tävlingen är korrekt. Ett pass är ett bra exempel på ett giltigt ID eftersom det visar all nödvändig information, såsom namn, nationalitet och födelsedatum.

Du måste vara redo att tävla när din grupp startar Du behöver vara på plats i lokalen under de grenar där du planerar att delta. Du behöver dock vara på plats i lokalen senast 15 minuter innan din första gren ska börja, så du hinner fullfölja registreringen. Vi rekommenderar dock alltid att ni är på plats i lokalen minst 15 minuter innan er nästa gren, då schemat kan variera något jämfört med vad som först var planerat.

Fotografering med blixt är förbjudet i hela lokalen! Blixtar är störande för tävlande. Fotografering utan blixt är tillåtet.

Publik måste befinna sig 1,5 meter ifrån tävlingsstationerna och tävlingsområdet Annars finns risken att man stör andra tävlande eller tävlingsproceduren.

Man får inte prata om blandningarna innan man tävlat färdigt i pågående gren Annars finns risken att man blir diskvalificerad.

Håll koll på er e-mail Några dagar innan tävlingen kommer ni få ett deltagarmail där vi kommer ta upp diverse viktig information för deltagare att känna till. I detta mail kommer också eventuella ändringar sedan tävlingen annonserades tas upp. Om det finns annan information som vi snabbt måste kommunicera till deltagare så kommer detta också ske via e-mail, därför är det viktigt att ni håller koll på er e-mail regelbundet.

Important info

All competitors must have read the WCA regulations. Participants are expected to know WCA's regulations before attending an official competition.

We will have a competitor tutorial for new participants on Saturday morning, where we will show how to compete in an official WCA competition. If you want to get a better idea of how the competition works already, please check this video which will show you this. Reading through this guide. is also a good idea since it shows most things a competitor needs to know.

You must be registered for this competetiton online in order to compete! You can register here.

All new competitors should bring a valid ID. To be allowed to compete as a new competitor, you need to be able to identify yourself and the information you provided us when you registred for this competition. A passport is a good example of a valid ID since it shows all necessary information, such as name, nationality and date of birth.

You must be ready to compete when your group starts. You need to be present at the venue during the events in which you plan to attend. However, you need to be present at the venue no later than 15 minutes before your first event starts so that you have enough time to complete the registration. It is however always recommended to be at the venue at least 15 minutes before your next event, since the schedule may differ slightly from what was previously announced.

No flash photography in the entire venue! Flash is distracting to the competitors. Pictures without the use of flash are allowed.

Spectators should remain 1,5 meters away from the solving stations and the competition area. Otherwise, you might distract other competitors or disrupt the competition flow.

You are not allowed to talk about the scrambles until the round is done Otherwise, you might get disqualified.

Check your e-mail A few days before the competition, you will receive a participant email where we will address various important information for participants to know. This email will also include any changes made since the competition was announced. If there is any other urgent information which we need to communicate to competitors, then it will be done through e-mail so therefore it is important that you check your e-mail regularly.

Nya tävlande

Om det här är din första WCA-tävling, välkommen! Det är viktigt att du läser igenom alla flikar här på sidan, eftersom det finns mycket viktig information där.

Om du aldrig tävlat förut bör du ha med ett giltigt ID, till exempel ett pass eller körkort, för att intyga när du är född och din nationalitet. Om den tävlande inte har ett ID kan en förälder bekräfta dessa uppgifter.

Denna tävling kommer inte ha någon planerad deltagarintroduktion för nya deltagare, men har du frågor om hur det går till när man tävlar eller är domare så går det utmärkt att fråga tävlingens arrangörer eller delegat. Vi rekommenderar starkt att du även kollar på den här videon så du bättre förstår hur det går till att lösa i tävling. Att läsa igenom denna guide är också en bra idé eftersom den visar det mesta man behöver känna till som deltagare.

Det är också viktigt att du läser igenom WCA-reglerna så du får en bättre förståelse för vilka olika tidsstraff du kan få på lösningarna, och hur du undviker dem.

Kom ihåg att du bara behöver vara i lokalen när du har någon gren att tävla i, men eftersom schemat kan ändras något under tävlingen rekommenderar vi att du är där minst 15 minuter innan din första gren.

New competitors

If this is your first WCA competition, welcome! Make sure to read through all tabs above as there is a lot of important information there.

If you've never competed before, you should bring a valid ID, for example a passport or driver's licence, to verify your birth date and nationality. If the competitor does not have an ID, a parent can confirm this information.

This competition will not have any planned competitor introduction for new participants, but if you have questions about how it works when you compete or judge, it is perfectly fine to ask the competition's organizers or delegate. We highly recommend watching this video to get a good understanding of how solving in competition works. Reading through this guide is also a good idea since it shows most things a competitor needs to know.

It is also important that you read through the WCA Regulations so that you are aware of different penalties and how to avoid them.

Remember that you only need to be at the venue when you have an event to compete in, but since the schedule might change slightly throughout the competition, we recommend showing up at least 15 minutes before your first event.

Throughout the competition, you will be able to see live results from WCA Live, and there you can see what results you got and whether or not you proceeded to the next round.

Adressen är Utbildningsvägen 2, 147 40 Tumba, cirka 25-30 minuter sydväst om centrala Stockholm. Det finns gott om gratis parkeringsplatser precis öster om lokalen.

Kollektivtrafik från utanför Stockholms län

Mängder av olika trafikföretag kör tåg och buss i Sverige. Med fjärrtåg är det antagligen enklast att boka en biljett till antingen Stockholm central, Flemingsberg eller Södertälje Syd, och därefter använda tipsen för lokaltrafik nedan. Med långdistansbuss så är det antagligen istället Stockholm cityterminalen som gäller. För lokal och fjärrgående reseplanering i hela Sverige kan Resrobot användas. Biljettbokning för långdistansresor görs enklast via respektive resebolags hemsida.

Med lokaltrafik i Stockholms län (SL)

Tumba nås enklast med SL pendeltåg, även om det också finns mängder med bussar. Pendeltåg med destination Södertälje centrum avgår exempelvis från Stockholm city drygt var 15:e minut. Från västra utgången på Tumba station (längst fram i tågets färdriktning påväg mot tävlingen) är det endast 300 meters gångväg till entrén till Tumba Gymnasium.

Använd SL för tidtabeller, biljettinformation, samt personlig reseplanering i hela Stockholms län för andra destinationer. Biljetten köper du enklast via SLs app eller genom att blippa ditt kreditkort (contactless) i spärren / biljettautomaten.

Travel

By car

The address is Utbildningsvägen 2, 147 40 Tumba, about 25-30 minutes southwest of central Stockholm. There is plenty of free parking just to the east of the venue.

Public transport from outside Stockholm county

Lots of different transport companies run trains and buses in Sweden. With long-distance trains, it is probably easiest to book a ticket to either Stockholm central, Flemingsberg or Södertälje Syd, and then use the tips for local transport below. With long-distance buses, it is likely Stockholm cityterminalen that applies instead. Resrobot can be used for local and long-distance travel planning throughout Sweden. Ticket booking for long-distance journeys is most easily done via the respective travel company's website.

With local traffic in Stockholm County (SL)

Tumba is most easily reached by SL commuter train, although there are also plenty of buses. Commuter trains with destination Södertälje centrum depart from Stockholm city roughly every 15 minutes. From the western exit at Tumba station (in the very front of the train's direction of travel on the way to the competition), it is only a 300 meter walk to the entrance to Tumba Gymnasium.

Use SL for timetables, ticket information, and personal travel planning throughout Stockholm County for other destinations. The easiest way to buy the ticket is via SL's app or by tapping your credit card (contactless) in the barrier / ticket machine.
