La participación en este torneo requiere de la comprensión de los siguientes requisitos:- Conocer el reglamento de la WCA ya que este es un torneo oficial.
- Elegir los eventos a inscribir cuidadosamente luego de revisar las pestañas Eventos y Cronograma. Prestar atención a los formatos de las rondas y a sus cortes y límites.
- Inscribirse electrónicamente completando el proceso aquí.
- Hacer el pago de la inscripción con Eduard García (Cra. 81c # 8c - 20 Bogotá) o por Efecty a nombre de Eduard García C.C. 1016060974.
- De hacerse por Efecty, enviar captura de imagen al WhatsApp del recibo, junto con el nombre del participante.
- Esperar a que el registro electrónico sea aceptado. En caso de no participar aunque haya pagado, no habrá devolución del dinero. No se aceptarán registros el día de la competencia.

- Registering online completing the process here.
- Paying your registration with Eduard Esteban García Dominguez (Cra. 81c # 8c - 20 Bogotá) via Efecty to ID 1,016,060,974.
- Sending an image of the receipt through WhatsApp to the number 3208002968 whit the competitior's name.
- Waiting for your registration to be approved online. In the case of not participating and having already paid the registration, no money will be returned. Registrations will not be accepted on the day of the competition.

LIMITE DE PARTICIPANTES:
El torneo tiene un límite en el número de participantes igual a 250 personas. Recomendamos completar el registro con la debida anticipación.
El registro se cerrará cuando el límite de participantes se alcance, o en su defecto, el 16 de julio.
COSTO
El costo de la inscripción es de $ 15.000 COP solo base, cada categoría costo adicional $2000 COP. Es decir que para participar en 3x3 serían $17000 y así sucesiva mente. Cada participante recibirá: botón, escarapela y diploma por su participación adicionalmente un recuerdo especial, la premiación será de la siguiente manera: premios para podios de cada categoría (Medallas, Diplomas), además del podio femenino (Medallas, Diplomas) y podio Calimitas.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
