Es la primera competencia del nuevo año 2025.

Esta competencia es reconocida como una competencia official de la World Cube Association.
La competencia es abierta a competidores de cualquier nacionalidad, el registro esta habilitado desde la página oficial de la WCA. No es necesario tener experiencia, pero los competidores deben estar conocer los Reglamentos
El acceso a invitados y espectadores será gratuita.

Is a first competition of the new year 2025.

This competition is recognized as an official World Cube Association competition.
The competition is open to all competitors of all nationalities. Registration is available on the WCA website. No experience in WCA competitions is necessary, but competitors should be familiar with the WCA Regulations
The competition is free to spectators and guests.

Registration period: Online registration opened Thursday, March 13, 2025 at 6:00 AM UTC and will close Monday, April 7, 2025 at 6:00 AM UTC.
Registration requirements: Create a WCA account here if you don't have one.
If this is not your first competition, associate your WCA ID to your WCA account here.
Register for this competition here.
There is a competitor limit of 50 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₡5,500 (Costa Rican Colón).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Monday, April 7, 2025 at 6:00 AM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Monday, April 7, 2025 at 6:00 AM UTC on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.

Procedimiento:

Realizar el proceso de registro en esta página (Register) seleccionando las categorías para participar.

Efectuar el pago respectivo, el costo es de CRC 5.500.00 que incluye participación en todas las categorías.

REGISTRO
Para un registro exitoso, recomendamos seguir los siguientes pasos:

Conocer el Reglamento WCA ya que este es un torneo oficial
Elegir los eventos a inscribir cuidadosamente luego de revisar la información en las pestañas Categorias y Horario. Prestar atención a los formatos de las rondas y a sus cortes y límites.
Inscribirse electrónicamente completando el proceso

Hacer el pago de la inscripción de alguna de estas formas:
a. Deposito directamente en la cuenta bancaria:

Una vez hecho el pago, enviar nombre, lista de eventos y foto del pago del depósito.
Esperar a que el registro electrónico sea aceptado (puede tardar hasta 24 horas).

Process:

Perform the registration process on this page (Register) by selecting the categories to participate.

Make the respective payment, base fee is CRC 5.500.00 which includes participation in all categories.

REGISTRATION
For a successful registration, we recommend following these steps:

Familiarize yourself with the WCA Regulations as this is an official championship-level competition.
Carefully choose the events to register for after reviewing the information in the Categories and Schedule tabs.
Pay attention to the formats of the rounds and their cutoffs and time limits.
Register electronically by completing the process

Make the registration payment using one of these methods:

a. Direct deposit to the bank account:

c. For foreigners, payment will be enabled via PAYPAL. Send the payment to the email marvin.solanom@gmail.com and confirm the payment at the indicated phone number to ensure it is applied correctly.

Wait for an answer and verify that your name appears in the WCA list.

Con el fin de tener opciones de alimentación en el lugar de la competencia por parte del Consejo Regional ofrecerá lo siguiente:

Precio especial (SOLO COMPETIDORES) deberán mostrar carnet de participante

Desayuno : Sandwich y Jugo a 1.000 colones
*Almuerzo: *Hamburguesa o Hotdog con refresco a 1.500 colones

Para familiares y asistentes a la competencia:

Desayuno: Gallo Pinto o Sandwiches con café 2.200 colones

Almuerzo: Arroz con pollo o Hamburguesas con refresco a 3.500 colones.

Como son patrocinadores del evento el colaborar es muy importante

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
