Première compétition WCA? Pas de souci! Un tutoriel pour les débutants vous expliquera tout ce qu’il faut savoir sur la compétition et l’arbitrage. N’oubliez pas d’apporter une pièce d’identité pour l’inscription.

Ivory Coast’s First-Ever Official WCA Competition!

History is being made! Join us on Saturday, April 19th, for the first-ever WCA speedcubing competition in Ivory Coast! Whether you're a seasoned competitor or brand new to cubing, this is your chance to be part of something special.

We'll be holding four official events, including 3x3, 2x2, Pyraminx, and One-Handed - compete in any or all of them!

New to WCA competitions? No worries! We’ll have a newcomer tutorial to guide you through competing and judging. Just bring a form of ID for registration, and get ready to experience the thrill of official speedcubing.

Registration period: Online registration opened Monday, March 10, 2025 at 5:00 PM UTC and will close Friday, April 18, 2025 at 5:00 PM UTC.
Registration requirements: Create a WCA account here if you don't have one.
If this is not your first competition, associate your WCA ID to your WCA account here.

There is a competitor limit of 30 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is 3,500 Fr (West African Cfa Franc).
If your registration is cancelled before Friday, April 18, 2025 at 2:00 PM UTC you will be refunded 90% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Friday, April 18, 2025 at 6:00 PM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Saturday, April 19, 2025 at 9:00 AM UTC on the Register tab.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of 3,500 Fr (West African Cfa Franc).

You should register for the competition on the WCA website to ensure you have a spot. Registrations on the day will be accepted if the competition is not yet full.

Entry fees may be paid to the organizers at on-site registration on the day of the competition or in advance using the Wave mobile app:

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
