The registration fee can be paid by credit card through Stripe on the registration page
The step of registration is as below
1. Log in with your WCA Account. If you don't have one, sign up here
2. Register the competition here.
3. After registered, you'll be able to see the button to pay the registration fee.
4. Your registration will be accepted within 24 hours after you have paid the fee and you will recieved email "Your registration for Cube Camp in Nakhon Nayok 2024 has been accepted". You can check the list of accepted competitors here
If your registration is not accepted within 24 hours, please contact us.
5. After conpleting your registration, please check your email at least once a week to recieve an important information and news about the competition.
6. If you want to cancel your registration, please tell us with this link.
There is no refund policy for this competition, so think carefully before register

If you register after the competitors reach the limit, you will be put in a queue after you paid the registration fee (or sent proof of payement to us if you are unable to pay with credit card).
When any confirmed competitor cancels his or her registration. Your registration will be confirmed according to the order of payment.
If you are not accepted by 21 April 2024, you will be refunded

You must pay the registration fee in advance in order to complete your registration. No registrations will be accepted without payments

The registration fee includes
2 nights accommodation (June 1st and June 2nd)
2 breakfasts (June 2nd and June 3rd)
2 lunches (June 2nd and June 3rd)
and 2 dinners (June 1st and June 2nd)
If you have any companions and want to reserve more room, please contact us, this will cost 2300THB per guest

Also, please add your and your companions shirt size in the comment section. You can find the size below.

หากคุณสมัครการแข่งขันหลังจากที่มีผู้สมัครการแข่งขันเต็มจำนวนแล้ว ชื่อของคุณจะไปอยู่ในคิว หลังจากที่คุณทำการชำระค่าสมัครแล้ว (หรือส่งหลักฐานการชำระค่าสมัคร หากไม่สามารถชำระด้วยบัตรเครดิตได้)
เมื่อมีผู้เข้าแข่งขันที่ได้รับการยืนยันแล้วคนใดยกเลิกการสมัคร การสมัครของคุณจะได้รับการยืนยัน ตามลำดับการชำระค่าสมัคร
หากการสมัครของคุณไม่ได้รับการยืนยันก่อนวันที่ 21 เมษายน 2567 คุณจะได้รับค่าสมัครคืนเต็มจำนวน

คุณจำเป็นต้องชำระค่าสมัครเพื่อให้การสมัครของคุณได้รับการยืนยันเพื่อที่จะได้เข้าแข่งขัน การสมัครของคุณจะไม่ได้รับการยืนยันถ้าคุณไม่ชำระค่าสมัคร

ค่าสมัครการแข่งขันจะรวมไปถึง
ค่าที่พัก 2 คืน (วันที่ 1 มิถุนายน และ วันที่ 2 มิถุนายน)
อาหารเช้า 2 มื้อ (วันที่ 2 มิถุนายน และ วันที่ 3 มิถุนายน)
อาหารกลางวัน 2 มื้อ (วันที่ 2 มิถุนายน และ วันที่ 3 มิถุนายน)
และอาหารเย็น 2 มื้อ (วันที่ 1 มิถุนายน และ วันที่ 2 มิถุนายน)
หากคุณมีผู้ติดตามไปด้วยและอยากได้ห้องพักเพิ่ม กรุณาติดต่อเรา ซึ่งจะมีค่าใช้จ่าย 2300 บาทต่อคน

และกรุณากรอกขนาดเสื้อของคุณและผู้ติดตามลงในช่อง comment ด้วย ซึ่งสามารถดูขนาดเสื้อได้ที่ด้านล่าง

โปรดแจ้งให้เราทราบด้วย ถ้าคุณแพ้อาหารใด ๆ หรือ ไม่สามารถทานอาหารอะไรได้

For first-timer, Please bring any document that can identify your identity (e.g. ID card, driver's license, or Passport) for registration on the first day.

We will have an introduction before the competition start.
