The base registration fee for this competition is Bs.F500 (Venezuelan Bolívar).
If your registration is cancelled before Friday, April 4, 2025 at 3:59 AM UTC you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Friday, April 4, 2025 at 3:59 AM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Friday, April 4, 2025 at 3:59 AM UTC on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.
Requisitos del Registro
Para participar en esta competencia debe estar de acuerdo con los términos que se definen a continuación:
1. Estar Familiarizado con las Regulaciones / Directrices de la WCA.
2. Elige cuidadosamente los eventos en los que deseas participar, revisa el horario, ten muy presente el formato de las rondas, cortes y límites.
3. Complete su Registro y pague la tarifa de la competencia. Los detalles de pago se pueden encontrar aquí.
4. Tenga en cuenta que la fecha de registro es hasta el 3 de abril a las 11:59 pm
5. Una vez completado el Pago, por favor envíe un email con todos los detalles de la transacción a: romanreingswwe169@gmail.com. También puede enviar su captura a través de WhatsApp haciendo clic aquí
6. Deberá recibir una confirmación vía e-mail o whatsApp en las próximas 72 horas después de haber sido reportado su pago y su nombre aparecerá en la lista de competidores.
7. El Desarrollo de la competencia depende directamente de ti. Se amable y ayuda, sé parte de ella.
8. Los registros en el lugar no serán aceptados para poder tener control de los asistentes.

Usando el Transporte Público desde el terminal:
Tomar un bus o camioneta hasta la estacion de metro de la "la hoyada", en el sitio tomar otro bus que vaya en dirección a la estacion de metro "chacaito", bajar y caminar hasta la Av. Jose Marti y caminar en sentido de la Av. principal las Mercedes hasta llegar a la intersección con la av. La trinidad. A mano derecha estando la entrada al centro comercial
Se le recomienda pedir un taxi para evitar complicaciones, desde el terminal tienen un precio aproximado de 5 a 7(ref.Bcv)
El sitio es de fácil acceso y ubicación.
La competencia se llevará a cabo en el segundo piso del centro comercial.

Using Public Transportation from the terminal:
Take a bus or van to the "La Hoyada" metro station, then take another bus to the "Chacaito" metro station, get off and walk to Av. Jose Marti and walk in the direction of Av. las Mercedes until you reach the intersection with Av. La Trinidad. On the right is the entrance to the shopping center
It is recommended to call a taxi to avoid complications, from the terminal they cost approximately 5 to 7 (ref. BCV)
The site is easy to access and location.
Easy access from every direction, if you have any question feel free to contact organizer or delegate for aditional info.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
