Drogi zawodniku - poniżej znajdziesz wszystkie informacje na temat poprawnej rejestracji na zawody.

1. Wypełnij formularz rejestracyjny podając potrzebne dane oraz konkurencje.

2. Jeśli jesteś zdecydowany - potwierdź udział w zawodach klikając "Potwierdź" lub link w emailu.

3. Wbrew wiadomości z maila lub wyskakującego okienka, płatność za zawody będzie się odbywała przed zawodami - przelewem.

4. Po czasie końca rejestracji na adres email podany podczas rejestracji zostanie wysłana wiadomość z danymi do przelewu i jego numerem identyfikującym.

5. Tytuł przelewu powinien zawierać wyłącznie numer przelewu, który zostanie wysłany na maila, o czym mowa w punkcie 4.

6. Każda osoba, która nie zrezygnowała z udziału w zawodach do końca trwania rejestracji jest zobowiązana do opłacenia kwoty wpisowego, nawet jeśli się okaże, że nie będzie mogła wziąć udziału w zawodach.

7. Aby zrezygnować z udziału w zawodach w terminie rejestracji, należy na email kontakt@zawody4event.pl wysłać wiadomość "Rezygnuję z udziału w zawodach [nazwa zawodów] - [imię i nazwisko uczestnika]". Email można wysłać również korzystając z zakładki kontakt na stronie głównej. Jest to jedyna akceptowana forma anulowania uczestnictwa w zawodach - organizator nie będzie brał pod uwagę SMSów lub wiadomości poprzez inne komunikatory społecznościowe.

8. Termin płatności będzie wynosił 5 dni (do środy włącznie), więc jeśli ktoś wykona przelew później lub w ostatni dzień - prosimy o przygotowanie potwierdzenia przelewu, o które może poprosić osoba wydająca identyfikator podczas rejestracji na miejscu zawodów.

Dear competitor - below you will find all the information about the correct registration for the competition.

1. Fill in the registration form providing the necessary data and competitions.

2. If you are determined - confirm your participation in the competition by clicking "Confirm" or the link in the email.

3. Contrary to the message from the e-mail or pop-up window, payment for the competition will be made before the competition - by bank transfer.

4. After the end of registration, a message with the transfer data and its identification number will be sent to the e-mail address provided during registration.

5. The transfer title should contain only the transfer number, which will be sent to the e-mail referred to in point 4.

6. Each person who did not resign from participation in the competition by the end of the registration period is obliged to pay the entry fee, even if it turns out that they will not be able to take part in the competition.

7. To resign from participation in the competition within the registration period, please send an e-mail to kontakt@zawody4event.pl "I resign from participation in the competition [name of the competition] - [name and surname of the participant]". You can also send an email using the contact tab on the home page. This is the only accepted form of canceling participation in the competition - the organizer will not take into account text messages or messages via other social messengers.

8. The payment deadline will be 5 days (up to and including Wednesday), so if someone makes the transfer later or on the last day - please prepare a confirmation of the transfer, which may be requested by the person issuing the ID when registering at the competition venue.
