We encourage new competitors to attend and compete.
The base fee for the competition is $10 (United States Dollar), and a new, unwrapped children's toy.
All competitiors are required to bring a new, unwrapped children's toy.
There will be an 80 competitor limit.

Cost
* The fee for this Rubik's Cube competiton will be $10 (United States Dollar) and a new, unwrapped children's toy.
* NOTE: You will not be able to enter into the venue unless if you have your children's toy.
* All competitors are required to bring a children's toy to this competition. In front of the venue, there will be a table where you can drop off your children's toys
* All proceeds are going to Operation Breakthrough.
Payment
* Your registration is not complete until you've paid. If you have not paid within a week of registering, your registration may be removed to make room for other people.
* A PayPal invoice will be sent to your email that you've signed up with. Make sure you pay by invoice instead of because it will make tracking records easier.
* Please wait up to 24 hours for the invoice to send, as it is sent manually. It'll usually just take about 3 hours though.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
