There is a competitor limit of 80 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₱500 (Philippine Peso).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Friday, March 1, 2024 at 12:00 AM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Saturday, February 24, 2024 at 5:00 PM UTC by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
The registration fee for this competition will be Php 500.00 inclusive of 3 events of your choice. Additional Php 50 will be added on top of the base registration for each event you want to add.
Events can be edited after registering. Additional fees will be collected on-site in case the competitor adds an event. The registration fee is non-refundable, including when deleting an event.

Due to space limitations, we are strictly implementing a one guest per competitor policy. Additionally, we will be asking for the names of your guest/s for campus access.

The base registration fee for this competition is ₱500 (Philippine Peso), inclusive of 3 events of your choice. An additional fee of ₱50 will be added on top of the base registration for each succeeding events.

NOTE: Every participant will receive a digital copy of their certificate at most 24 hours AFTER the event. Kindly indicate in your email (upon payment) if you wish to receive a printed copy.

NOTE: The organizers will send a separate email to registered competitors regarding the account details. Upon completing payment, kindly reply to said email with the receipt or any valid proof of payment. Kindly include if you wish to receive a printed copy of your certificate of participation.
FIRST TIME COMPETITORS
All newcomers are required to read WCA First-time Competitor Guide document to familiarize yourself of the popular WCA regulations used to govern WCA competitions. Additionally, please watch this competitor tutorial by WCA Senior Delegate Kit Clement of the USA.
ALL COMPETITORS
When you arrive at the competition venue, kindly follow the following steps:
1. Head to the registration table and claim your Certificate of Participation.
2. You will be assigned to officiate at some point during the competition so be sure to take note of your assignement to avoid being disqualified. As per WCA Regulation 1e2, all competitors must be ready to officiate when called or assigned to. Declining such assginment merits disqualification at the discretion of the WCA Delegate.
3. Go inside the venue hall and wait for the competition to start.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
