Antes de registrarte lee detenidamente los siguientes pasos a seguir. DEBES CUMPLIR CON TODOS.

1) Esta competencia tiene un cupo de 100 competidores, revisa si todavía hay cupo en la sección COMPETIDORES

2) REGÍSTRATE o INICIA SESIÓN en la página de la WCA.

3) Si es tu primera competencia oficial, puedes pasar al paso número 4.
Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial y ya tienes vinculada tu cuenta, puedes pasar al punto número 4.
Si ya has participado en otra competencia oficial pero no tienes vinculado tu WCAid, realiza los pasos del siguiente video y una vez vinculada tu cuenta procede al registro. Si ya has competido y tu WCAid no está vinculado, tu registro no será aceptado. Anticípate.

4) El día 04 de diciembre a las 10:00 A. M. CDT entra a la PESTAÑA DE REGISTRO, selecciona tus categorías y da clic en "registrarse".

5) Revisa tu correo electrónico, incluyendo la bandeja de SPAM. Si eres de los primeros 100 competidores, recibirás un correo con la información y detalles para realizar el pago. Contarás con 24 horas para pagar tu registro. En caso que el cupo haya sido alcanzado, recibirás la información para poder agregarte a la lista de espera.

6) Una vez hayas cumplido con los pasos indicados en el correo, tu registro será aceptado.

7) Si tienes alguna duda o problema con tu registro, comunícate con el equipo organizador inmediatamente mediante teamtlaxcalaoficial@gmail.com

8) Toma en cuenta que los registros se aprueban manualmente después del pago, por lo que es posible que tu registro no se apruebe de inmediato, pero confía en que seguimos la aprobación en el orden de llegada. Verifica que estés dentro de la lista de competidores.

9) Permanece atento a tu correo incluyendo la bandeja de SPAM para cualquier noticia o actualización de la competencia. Una vez que los registros estén completos los horarios podrán sufrir ajustes y actualizaciones.

CUALQUIER PAGO REALIZADO ANTES DE LA APERTURA DEL REGISTRO O SIN HABER RECIBIDO UN CORREO POR PARTE DEL EQUIPO ORGANIZADOR SERÁ CONSIDERADO COMO DONACIÓN EN SU TOTALIDAD

Before registering read carefully all of the steps to follow. YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL.
1) This competition has a quota for 100 competitors, check if there is still spots available in the competitors section
2) SIGN UP orSIGN IN in the WCA website.

3) If this is your first WCA competition, you can move to step 4.
If you already have participated in other WCA competitions and you already have your WCA ID connected to your account, you can move to step 4.
If you already have participated in other WCA competitions but you don't have your WCA ID connected to your account, follow the steps in this video. After having your WCA ID connected to your account, continue with the registration. If you already have competed but your WCA ID is not connected to your account, your registration won't be accepted. Anticipate.

4) On December 04 at 10:00 A.M. CDT enter to the REGISTER TAB and select your events:

5) Check your email, including SPAM. If you are the first 100 register competitor you're going to receive an email with all the information and details to complete you registration payment. You will have 24 hours to complete your paiment.

6) Once you complete all the email stepts your registration are going to be accepted.

7) If you have any doubts or problems with your registration, communicate with the team organizer immediately by teamtlaxcalaoficial@gmail.com

8) Keep in mind that the registrations are manually approved after the payment, so it is possible that your registration doesn't get approved immediately, but trust that we will keep the aprovements in the arrival order. Verify that you are on the list of competitors.

9) Keep an eye on your email, including the SPAM folder, for any news or updates on the competition. Once the registration is completed, the schedules can be modified or updated.

Desde la Central de Autobuses
Dentro de la central de autobuses tomar el camion o la combi con destino a Texóloc, es un recorrido de aproximadamente 20 minutos ($9.00 pesos). Lo encontraras a la izquierda de la estacion de Autobuses Verdes.
Dile al chofer que te deje en el arco de seguridad de San Damián Texóloc y camina sobre la "Calle Monterrey" durante 10 minutos hasta llegar a la sede. (aproximadamente 850 metros).
Puedes tomar transporte local (mototaxi) desde el arco de seguridad hasta la sede (costo aproximado $9.00 pesos por persona).

Desde la parada de la Virgen

Aqui puedes tomar el camión o la combi con destino a Texóloc, es un recorrido de aproximadamente 15 minutos ($9.00 pesos).
Dile al chofer que te deje en el arco de seguridad de San Damián Texóloc y camina sobre la "Calle Monterrey" durante 10 minutos hasta llegar a la sede. (aproximadamente 850 metros).
Puedes tomar transporte local (mototaxi) desde el arco de seguridad hasta la sede (costo aproximado $9.00 pesos por persona).

Taxi

Si quieres tomar un taxi para llegar a la sede, podras enconcontrar una base de taxis afuera de la centra de Autobuses (Precio aproximado $90.00 pesos).
Si te encuentras en la parada de la Virgen, encontrarás una base a un costado de la gasolinera (Precio aproximado $90.00 pesos).

La Virgen station

At La Virgen station, get on the bus or van to Texoloc ($9.00 mexican pesos).
Tell to the drive that leave you on the security arch of San Damian Texoloc.

By Taxi
If you want to get to the venue by taxy, you will find a taxi base outside the bus station. Tell to the drive that leave you on the Unidad deportiva Texoloc. (approximately $90.00 mexican pesos).
If you are at La Virgen station, you will find a taxi base to the right of the Gas station. (approximately $90.00 mexican pesos).

INFORMACIÓN DE LA LISTA DE ESPERA:
* Si se ha alcanzado el límite de 100 competidores, aún puedes registrarte y pagar la cuota de la competencia para asegurar un lugar en la lista de espera.
* Hasta el 17 de diciembre, cualquier competidor puede cancelar su registro y permitir que la primera persona en la lista de espera ocupe su lugar.
* Después del 17 de diciembre, se les eliminará de la lista de espera y todos lo competidores en ella recibirán un rembolso del 100%.
* Estar en la lista de espera no asegura de ninguna manera obtener un lugar en la competencia. Ningún competidor en lista de espera podrá participar los días de la competencia.
* Si estás en lista de espera puedes solicitar el reembolso del 100% de tu pago en cualquier momento por correo.

WAITING LIST INFORMATION:

Competitors may bring at most one guest.
