The base registration fee for this competition is $6,000 (Chilean Peso).
If your registration is cancelled before Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 1:00 PM UTC you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Sunday, April 14, 2024 at 1:00 PM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Sunday, April 14, 2024 at 2:00 PM UTC by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Paso 1: Registro en el sitio web de la competencia en la WCA
1.- Para participar en Curicó al Cubo 2024, tienes que tener una cuenta en el sitio web de la World Cube Association (WCA). Si aún no tienes una cuenta, regístrate aquí.
2.- Una vez que tengas una cuenta, inicia sesión en la plataforma y registrate en la pagina de la competencia aquí.
3.- Completa los datos requeridos en el recuadro inferior de la página para inscribirte en el evento y haz click en "Register!".
4.- Una vez que completes el registro correctamente te llegará un correo de confirmación y ya estarás en la lista de espera en espera de aprobación.
Paso 2: Pago
5.- Para que tu registro sea aprobado debes pagar $6.000.
6.- Las instrucciones de pago serán enviadas al correo que asociaste en tu cuenta de la WCA.
7.- La aprobacion de las inscripciones se realizará respetando el orden del registro de los competidores.

Step 1: Registration on the WCA competition website
1.- To participate in Curicó al Cubo 2024, you must have an account on the World Cube Association (WCA) website. If you don't have an account yet, register here.
2.- Once you have an account, log in to the platform and register on the competition page here.
3.- Complete the required information in the box at the bottom of the page to register for the event and click on "Register!".
4.- Once you complete the registration correctly, you will receive a confirmation email and you will be on the waiting list awaiting approval.
Step 2: Payment
5.- For your registration to be approved you must pay $6,000.
6.- Payment instructions will be sent to the email you associated with your WCA account.
7.- The approval of registrations will be carried out respecting the order of registration of the competitors.

“Curicó al cubo 2024” es el cuarto torneo de cubos de Rubik en la ciudad de Curicó, ubicada en la séptima región. Este campeonato tendrá lugar en la oficina municipal de la juventud el día sábado 20 de abril del presente año.
La competción es organizada por José Antonio Gaete, Celso Montaño Godoy y David Retamales.
LÍMITE Y ACOMPAÑANTES
El torneo tiene un límite en el número de participantes igual a 30. Se recomienda completar el registro con la debida anticipación.
NO SE ACEPTARÁN REGISTROS POSTERIORES AL CIERRE DEL REGISTRO NI EL DÍA DEL EVENTO.
El competidor debe estar familiarizado con el reglamento de la WCA e informar a sus acompañantes las normas que este contempla, ya sea la distancia con los puestos de competición, las fotos con flash, etc.
COSTO
El costo de la inscripción es de $6.000 que deberá ser depositado antes de la fecha de cierre de inscripciones.
SOLO SERÁN ACEPTADOS LOS REGISTROS QUE TENGAN PAGADAS SUS INSCRIPCIONES.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
