Steps to register online
Step 1 - Pay the registration fee via Cubelelo.

Step 2 - Register on WCA by selecting the events you want to participate in.

Note: Registration will close once the registration reaches 150 participants.
Steps to register on spot
Spot registration will be open till 10:00 a.m. on the day of competition.
Note: There will be no spot registration if online registration reaches 150 participants. Also, spot registration will be closed once the total registration reaches 150.
Even if you have made the online payment, you have to report to registration desk.
Registration fee (both online and spot)
Base fee (for one event): 350 (this includes fest registration fees, lunch(i.e) food coupons worth Rs.150 for a day)
Each event: 50
So if you are participating in 3 events, fees will be 350 + (2x50) = 450.
It is mandatory to pay the registration fees and also register on WCA to complete the full registration process.
It may take a day or 2 for your name to reflect on competitors list on WCA.
Online registration closes: 22 Feb '18, 11:59 p.m. IST
Please carry your ID proof with you. School/College ID is prefered for students.
Note: Registration fee is not refundable.
SASTRA University is located on NH67 which links Trichy and Tanjore.
From Trichy airport, we recommend Ola cabs.
From Trichy railway station, board a bus to Trichy Central Bus Stand (5 minutes walk from the station).
From Trichy Central Bus Stand, take a Tanjore bus (frequent) and get off at SASTRA University Stop.
From Thanjavur railway station, board a bus to Thanjavur new bus Stand.
From Thanjavur New Bus Stand, take a Trichy bus (frequent) and get off at SASTRA University Stop.
Accommodation is provided at SASTRA University at a nominal cost.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
