- Information
- Make sure to be available at the venue at least 15 minutes before your event starts. Late entries won't be allowed to participate.
- Attend the new participates tutorial session if you're new to WCA competitions or unfamiliar with its rules.
- Bring a Government ID card for verification if it's your first time participating in a WCA competition.
- Participants are expected to volunteer and will be assigned with roles as judges, scramblers, or runners, with the exception of newcomers.

There is a competitor limit of 50 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₹200 (Indian Rupee).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at 12:30 PM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Sunday, April 6, 2025 at 6:30 AM UTC by contacting the organization team.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of ₹300 (Indian Rupee).
Any spectator can attend for free.

Notes:
1. It is mandatory to pay the registration fees AND register on WCA to complete the full registration process.
2. Wait for upto 48 hours to get your registration confirmed after payment has been done.
3. If you are a first time participant, please bring a valid goverment ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport etc) for verification.

How To Claim your WCA ID
Registration for the event will only be accepted if a person has pre-registered on the WCA competition page AND made the payment.

1.If you have stackmat or other timers , practice at home with that.
2.You have to bring a valid govt. Id card to prove your name , age , and other details.
3.You have to bring your own Speedcubes to participate.
4.Be respecteful to your fellow cubing mates in the competition.
5.Participate in Volunteering and Judging,it will be really fun experience.
6.At last Dont be hard on yourself , enjoy the competition , and make great MEMORIES!!
Many restrurents and hotels are situated in walking distance from the venue.
Non-veg food is strictly not allowed inside the campus.
Official Prizes-
Medals, certificates and gifts will be provided to the podium winners of all official events.
Complementary prizes-
'Cubing Riddle Solving' side activity- A cubing related riddle will be provided, participants will have to write their answers with their names on a paper (provided) and put it in the given box. Submission time will start from 8 AM till 15 min prior to- Special Prize Award Ceremony. If more than 1 people get the answer right, the person with the better average time in 3x3 1st round will get the prize.
Fastest New-comer (BASED ON 3X3 1ST ROUND RESULTS).
Fastest Female Participant (BASED ON 3X3 1ST ROUND RESULTS). if none of the female participant, participated in 3x3 cube - its upto the orgaiser to provide the prize, whether to give or not.
Youngest Participants (ANYONE WHO WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SHOW THEIR govt. I'D PROOF--(IF HE/SHE IS 1ST TIME PARTICIPANTS) , WILL BE ELIMINATED FROM THIS SECTION).
In case of same age- participants with the best 3x3 Results(round-1) will be provided with the prizes.
Best of Shree Agrasen Academy Being the venue of this competition, prize and certficates will be provied to the student participants from Shree Agrasen Academy school-1st 2nd 3rd.
( Any one failing to show ID card proof of Shree Agrasen Acaddmy's student validity will be eliminated from this group)

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
