To participate you must:
1. Register on the WCA website. On the spot registrations are not permitted.
2. Pay your registration fee via Stripe.
Registration fee and being unable to participate
- The registration fee is 10 euros.
- If you are unable to participate, then please notify the organizers as soon as possible!
- Notify the organizers even if you find out that you are unable to compete on the competition day.

The competition will be held at Ehte Humanitaargümnaasium. The address is Ehte 9, 10321 Tallinn, Estonia.
Transportation
Bus
Arriving and leaving by bus:
TPliet (Estonian bus lines)
Lux Express (International bus line)
All buses arrive at Tallinn bus station. After that, you have to go to Viru Keskus bus terminal and board bus 40. It will take you to the Nisu bus stop, which is a 5-minute walk away from the venue.
You can take the bus 40 that leaves at 9:15 and arrives at 9:30 on Saturday and the bus that leaves at 9:35 and arrives at 9:50 on Sunday.
The address for Tallinn bus station is Lastekodu 46, 10144 Tallinn, Estonia.
Train
You can arrive by train:
Near the Tallinn train station is the Balti jaam bus stop, where you can board bus 66, that will also take you to the Nisu bus stop.
You can take the bus 66 that leaves at 9:14 and arrives at 9:24 on Saturday and the bus that leaves at 9:40 and arrives at 9:50 on Sunday.

Car
You can park your car in the school's parking lot.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
