How do I register

• You need to pay in advance the registration fee in order to complete your registration. No registrations will be accepted without payouts.

2. After registration you'll be able to see the button to pay the €12 registration fee;
3. Remember to check your email address: an email containing more details about the competition will be sent 1-2 weeks before the event. Note: You will be considered registered only after you have paid the registration fee.

Number of participants
There is a limit of 25 competitors. If the limit is reached, there will be a waiting list.

When can I register
Registration will open on September 30th, at 21:00 (CEST) and close on November 21st, at 21:00 (CEST).

How much does it cost
The registration fee for this competition is:

• €12 (Euro) for Cubing Italy Cubing Italy Members (note: this membership is free, see more below).
• €22 (Euro) for Cubing Italy non-members (note: non-members will have to pay €12 online plus €10 on site if they decide not to become Member).

How can I become a Member?
Becoming a Cubing Italy Member is free and does not imply any obligation towards the association.
Membership is valid until you request cancellation.

You can become a member by filling out this form on the Cubing Italy website. The Board of Directors will contact you to confirm the membership with Cubing Italy as taken place.
For children under the age of 16 a parent's authorization is required. If you are under 16 years old, fill in the form with your data and send it anyway. The Board of Directors will contact you within a few days, sending you the authorization to be filled in and sent back signed by a parent.

Alternatively, it is possible to associate on site.

Can I get a refund?
If your registration is cancelled before 21:00 (CET) of November 21st you will be refunded a 100% of your registration fee. If you wish to cancel your registration, contact comunicazione@cubingitaly.org.

Are guests allowed?
Guests are allowed.

Are spectators allowed?
Spectators are not allowed.

Come mi registro?

• Il costo di registrazione deve essere pagato in anticipo online per poter completare il processo di registrazione. Nessuna registrazione sarà accettata senza pagamento.

2. Una volta scelti gli eventi, e inviata l'iscrizione, comparirà il bottone per pagare i €12 della tassa d'iscrizione;
3. Ricordati di controllare la tua casella di posta elettronica: una email contenente maggiori dettagli sulla competizione sarà inviata 1-2 settimane prima della competizione. Nota: sarai considerato iscritto solo una volta pagata la tassa di iscrizione.

• €12 (Euro) per i Soci di Cubing Italy (nota: associarsi a questo livello è gratutito, maggiori informazioni sotto).
• €22 (Euro) per i non soci di Cubing Italy (nota: i non soci dovranno pagare €12 online più €10 in loco nel caso decidessero di non associarsi).

Come posso associarmi?
Associarsi al livello base è gratuito e non comporta alcun obbligo verso l’associazione.
Il tesseramento ha validitá permanente, fino ad una cancellazione volontaria.

È possibile associarsi compilando questo form sul sito di Cubing Italy. Il Consiglio Direttivo ti contatterà per confermarti dell'avvenuta associazione a Cubing Italy.
Per i minori di 16 anni è necessaria l'autorizzazione di un genitore. Se hai meno di 16 anni, compila comunque il form con i tuoi dati e invialo. Il Consiglio Direttivo ti contatterà entro pochi giorni, inviandoti l'autorizzazione da compilare e rimandare firmata da un genitore.

Alternativamente è possibile associarsi in loco.

Posso avere un rimborso?
Se cancelli la tua registrazione prima delle 21:00 (CET) del 21 novembre hai diritto al rimborso del 100% della tassa di iscrizione. Se desideri cancellare la tua registrazione, scrivi a comunicazione@cubingitaly.org.

• Consulting: We offer our knowledge and experience about the world of speedcubing and Rubik's Cubes
• Diffusion: We promote and publicize events of local communities related to speedcubing.
• Support: We help organizers throughout the whole organization process.

The competition is officially recognized by the World Cube Association, therefore competitors are required to know the WCA Regulations.
All the competitors must be available to help during the competition. This means that if required, they'll have to act as judges or scramblers.
During the competition competitors will be divided into groups.

La competizione è ufficialmente riconosciuta dalla World Cube Association, quindi i partecipanti sono tenuti a conoscere il Regolamento WCA.
Tutti i concorrenti devono essere disponibili per aiutare durante la competizione. Ciò significa che, se necessario, dovranno rendersi disponibili come giudici o scrambler.
Durante la competizione i concorrenti saranno divisi in gruppi.
