Kui olete vähemalt 12-aastane, peate esitama ühe järgmisest kahest dokumendist:

  1. Covid-19 vastase vaktsineerimise tõendi, kusjuures vaktsineerimiskuur peab olema lõpetatud;
  2. Covid-19 läbipõdemise tõendi, kusjuures positiivne testitulemus peab olema saadud viimase kuue kuu jooksul;

Võistlejad/külalised, kes on 12-17 aasta vanused, võivad selle asemel esitada negatiivse PCR testi tulemuse (mitte vanem kui 72 h) või negatiivse antigeeni kiirtesti tulemuse (mitte vanem kui 48 h), kusjuures testi peab olema läbi viinud meditsiinitöötaja - tulemus peab kajastuma Digiloos.

Võistluspaigas on maskikandmine kohustuslik.


If you are at least 12 years old, after arriving at the venue you must present one of the following:

  1. Proof of vaccination against Covid-19. Vaccination has to be completed;
  2. Proof that you have recovered from Covid-19. The positive test result must be newer than six months;

Alternatively, competitors/guests who are 12 to 17 years old may present a negative result from either a PCR test (no older than 72h) or an antigen test (no older than 48h) (tests performed by a medical professional).

Wearing a mask at the competition venue is mandatory.

  • Kui olete vähemalt 12 aastane, peate esitama ühe järgmisest kolmest dokumendist:
    1. Covid-19 vastase vaktsineerimise tõendi, kusjuures vaktsineerimiskuur peab olema lõpetatud;
    2. Covid-19 läbipõdemise tõendi, kusjuures positiivne testitulemus peab olema saadud viimase kuue kuu jooksul;

  • Kui sul peaks ilmnema vähem kui 14 päeva jooksul pärast võistlust haigussümptomid, siis anna sellest esimesel võimalusel korraldajatele teada.
  • Väljaspoolt Eestit tulijatele võivad kehtida reisipiirangud.
  • Osavõtjate piirarv on 40 võistlejat. Ühtlasi soovitame pealtvaatajaid mitte kaasa võtta või siis hoida nende arv võimalikult madal.
  • Mitmes kohas on võimalused käte desinfitseerimiseks. Pindade puhastust viiakse läbi perioodiliselt.
  • Kui ilm seda võimaldab, siis avame aknaid, et tagada parem ventilatsioon.
  • Ooteala ei ole ja kõik võistlejad istuvad otse laudade taha. Igal võistlejal on sama vooru piires sama laud.
  • Hoidke ohutut vahemaad (≥1m)!
  • Palun võtta oma enda kirjutusvahend kaasa ja kinnitada see näiteks paela külge, mida on mugav kaelas kanda.

NB! WCA regulatsioonidele on ajutiselt lisatud väga olulised muudatused! Palun lugege need ENNE VÕISTLUST läbi, sest muudatuste tõttu muutub võistlemisprotsess, kohtunikuks olemine ja võistlusel käitumine.


Please take a look at the WCA Competition Safety Policy.

  • If you are at least 12 years old, then when arriving at the venue you must present one of the following:
    1. Proof of vaccination against Covid-19. You must have received all doses of the vaccine;
    2. Proof that you have recovered from Covid-19. The positive test result must be newer than six months;
  • Alternatively, competitors/guests who are 12 to 17 years old may present a negative result from either a PCR test (no older than 72h) or an antigen test (no older than 48h) (tests performed by a medical professional).
  • All competitors and their guests must wear masks.
  • Do not attend the competition if you have symptoms of COVID-19! If you show the symptoms during the competition, we will ask you to leave.
  • If you show symptoms within 14 days after the competition, then contact the organizers as soon as possible!
  • Please be aware of the travelling restrictions.
  • The limit is set to 40 competitors. We advise you to not bring guests and keep their number as low as possible.
  • There will be several hand sanitation points. Equipment disinfection will be done periodically.
  • If possible, we will open some windows to ventilate the venue better.
  • The waiting area is removed and fixed-place format will be applied: each competitor will have his/her own place for the duration of the group.
  • Keep safe distance (≥1m)!
  • Please bring your own pen and attach it to a lanyard so that it is more convenient to wear.

NB! There are also significant temporary changes made to WCA regulations! Please read them BEFORE THE COMPETITION because they change the way how people have to judge, compete, and behave at the competition!

General information

The competition will be held at the Tallinn University of Applied Sciences. The address is Pärnu maantee 62, 10135 Tallinn, Estonia. Have a look at it on a map:

Transportation

Bus

Arriving and leaving by bus:

  • TPilet (Estonian bus lines)

  • Lux Express (International bus line, Riga-Tallinn line also exists)

All buses arrive at Tallinn bus station. From there you can go to tram number 4 (direction: "Tondi") and ride to the "Vineeri" tram stop. Have a look at Tallinn bus station on a map:

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
