If your registration is cancelled before Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 12:00 AM UTC you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.

Online registration is mandatory, and it will close on 19th of May. There will not be on the spot registration under any circumstances. Only those who register online can participate.
Base registration fee is 25 000 soum. This amount includes registration for following events: 3x3x3 Cube, 2x2x2 Cube, Pyraminx. Registration fee for other events is 5 000 soum for each additional event.
Payment must be done via transfer to card #8600 4929 9550 3832. Upon transfer send a message to iaipkin@worldcubeassociation.org, stating the amount of the transfer and the name of the competitor.
This competition is first in Uzbekistan after the start of COVID-19 pandemic. There are mandatory rules to follow during the competition. Your registration will be accepted only if you write in the comment to it: "I have read and agree with safety regulations". Also please bear in mind, that just writing this won't be enough, since you must follow these rules at all times during the competition.
The number of guests is limited to one person for each participant. Though inviting guests in not prohibited, we encourage you not to do it unless you are under 12 years old and you need adult's supervision.
Please note that we guarantee the return of 100% of the amount of your registration fee if you can't participate. If you have symptoms of ANY respiratory disease, DO NOT ATTEND THE COMPETITION.
If you register after the competitor limit has been reached, your registration will be put in a waiting list. If someone cancels their registration so that you can get a spot we will contact you as soon as possible so you are able to pay the registration fee and be put into the competitor list. This will not be possible after May 19th, 00:00 UTC+5

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
