There is a competitor limit of 130 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is 15 лв. (Bulgarian Lev).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of 20 лв. (Bulgarian Lev).

To complete your online registration you have to answer in 48 hours at the confirmation email that will be sent one week before the competition.
If you do not answer the confirmation email you will be deleted from the registration list. The first competitor from the waiting list will take your spot.
The payment will be made only on the spot, in the day of competition, at the registration desk.

Таксата за участие ще бъде заплатена на място в деня на състезанието, на специално обособена за целта маса. Таксата е в размер на 15 лв. Желателно е да вземете 1 гост със себе си (максимум 2), за да не е прекалено препълнена залата.
Ако сте се регистрирали за състезанието, но по някаква причина не можете да дойдете, трябва да информирате организаторите колкото е възможно по-скоро, за да могат да ви изтрият от списъка. Някой от листа на чакащите ще заеме вашето място (ако са регистрирани повече състезатели от обявения лимит).
14 дни преди състезанието ще получите e-mail от организаторите, на който трябва да отговорите задължително, че ще присъстването. Имате време да отговорите на този e-mail в рамките на 48 часа от получаването му. В противен случай, регистрацията ви ще бъде анулирана, а на ваше място ще се добави първият в листа на чакащите. Непотвърдилите участници в рамките на 48 часа от получаването на потвърдителното писмо няма да получат сертификат за участие.
Всички състезатели са задължени да представят документ за самоличност (препоръчително - лична карта) при регистрацията си на място.
Information for the Bulgarian competitors:
Registration fee to be paid in the venue on the day of the competition. The fee is 15 lv. Preferably bring 1 guest with you (max 2) because in other case it will be pretty crowdy in the venue!
If You have registered for competition, but for some reason will not be able to attend it, You must inform organizers as soon as possible, so we can remove your registration and a competitor on the waiting list may replace You (if competitor limit is reached but more have registered).
5 days before competition You will receive a confirmation e-mail from organizers asking, if You will attend and participate in the competition for certain. You MUST ANSWER to this e-mail in the next 48 hours, otherwise Your registration will be DELETED. The competitors which haven't comfirmed their participation won't receive certificate for participation.
All participants are required to take DOCUMENT OF IDENTIFICATION (an ID card is prefered) with them.

Taxa de participare / Entry fee
1. Taxa de participare este de 30 lei pe concurent si se achita doar la locatie in ziua evenimentului. / The entry fee for competitor is 6 euro = 30 lei and will be paid only at the venue in the day of competition.
2. Taxa de spectator este de 20 lei pe spectator si se achita doar la locatie in ziua evenimentului. / The entry fee for a guest or a spectator is 4 euro = 20 lei and will be paid only at the venue.
3. Plata se va face doar cash de aceasta data. La aceasta competitie nu avem optiunea pentru plata cu cardul sau in contul bancar. / This time we can accept only cash. For this competition there is no online payment option or card payment option.
4. Exista o limita de 30 de concurenti in fiecare oras participant din Romania. Este necesar sa specificati orasul in care doriti sa participati atunci cand va inregistrati, in caz contrar inregistrarea nu va fi acceptata.

In cadrul competitiei vor fi acordate urmatoarele premii respectand criteriile mentionate.
Pentru urmatoarele premii sunt eligibili toti concurentii inscrisi:
a) Diploma si medalie pentru primele trei locuri la fiecare runda finala de la fiecare proba (mean of 3) - Clasament WCA Live
b) 3 premii surpriza pentru primele trei locuri din fiecare locatie din Romania (Botosani si Bucuresti)
c) 3 premii surpriza pentru primii concurenti inscrisi pentru prima data la un concurs WCA. (Proba 3x3x3 FMC)
Pentru urmatoarele premii sunt eligibili doar concurentii cu cetatenie romana.
d) Premiu surpriza pentru fiecare persoana care obtine cel putin un record national valabil la finalul competitiei - Clasament WCA Live
Rezultatele fiecarei runde vor fi incarcate pe WCA Live in aproximativ 60 min de la terminarea acesteia.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
