When can I register
Registration will open on November 14th at 17:00 (CEST) and close on December 1st.

How much does it cost
The registration fee for this competition is:

• €5 (Euro) for Cubing Italy Basic Members (note: this membership is free, see more below).
• €0 (Euro) for Cubing Italy Premium Members (note: Premium Members will still have to pay €5, the refund of €5 will take place at the end of the competition).
• €10 (Euro) for Cubing Italy non-members (note: non-members will have to pay €5 online plus €5 on site if they decide not to become Member).

How can I become a Member?
Becoming a Basic Member is free and does not imply any obligation towards the association.
The membership is valid from January 1st 2021 to December 31st 2021.

• Premium member: € 50 per year, 50% discount on all Cubing Italy competitions

You can become a member by filling out this form on the Cubing Italy website. The Board of Directors will contact you to confirm the membership with Cubing Italy as taken place, if you have chosen to become a Premium Member you will receive details on the payment of the membership fee by e-mail.
For children under the age of 16 a parent's authorization is required. If you are under 16 years old, fill in the form with your data and send it anyway. The Board of Directors will contact you within a few days, sending you the authorization to be filled in and sent back signed by a parent.

Alternatively, it is possible to associate on site.

Can I get a refund?
If your registration is cancelled before 23:59 (CEST) of November 25th 2021 you will be refunded a 100% of your registration fee. If you have any problems, contact the organization team.
Spectators are allowed and can attend for free.

How does the waiting list work?
You will be put on the waiting list if you complete the registration process after the competitor limit has been reached.
If someone on the competitor list resigns, the first person on the waiting list will be accepted and will receive a confirmation email.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Sunday December 5th 2021, 23:59 CEST. The waiting list will then be closed and all the competitors that didn't manage to secure a spot, will get a 100% refund on the registration fee.

Note: You will be put on the waiting list only after you have paid the registration fee.

Quanto costa?
Il costo di registrazione a questa competizione è:

• €5 (Euro) per i Soci Base di Cubing Italy (nota: associarsi a questo livello è gratutito, maggiori informazioni sotto).
• €0 (Euro) per i Soci Premium di Cubing Italy (nota: i Soci Premium dovranno comunque pagare €5, il rimborso di €5 avverrà al termine della competizione).
• €10 (Euro) per i non soci di Cubing Italy (nota: i non soci dovranno pagare €5 online più €5 in loco nel caso decidessero di non associarsi).

Come posso associarmi?
Associarsi al livello base è gratuito e non comporta alcun obbligo verso l’associazione.
Il tesseramento ha validitá dal 1 gennaio 2021 al 31 dicembre 2021.

• Socio Premium: 50€ all’anno, 50% di sconto su tutte le competizioni di Cubing Italy

È possibile associarsi compilando questo form sul sito di Cubing Italy. Il Consiglio Direttivo ti contatterà per confermarti dell'avvenuta associazione a Cubing Italy, nel caso avessi scelto di diventare Socio Premium riceverai dettagli sul pagamento della quota associativa via e-mail.
Per i minori di 16 anni è necessaria l'autorizzazione di un genitore. Se hai meno di 16 anni, compila comunque il form con i tuoi dati e invialo. Il Consiglio Direttivo ti contatterà entro pochi giorni, inviandoti l'autorizzazione da compilare e rimandare firmata da un genitore.

Alternativamente è possibile associarsi in loco.

Posso avere un rimborso?
Se cancelli la tua registrazione prima delle 23:59 (CEST) del 25 novembre 2021 hai diritto al rimborso del 100% della tassa di iscrizione. Ti basta semplicemente contattare uno degli organizzatori.
Gli spettatori sono ammessi e possono accedere gratuitamente.

Come funziona la lista d'attesa?
Verrai messo in lista d'attesa se completi il processo di registrazione dopo che il limite è già stato raggiunto.
Se un partecipante rinuncia, la prima persona in lista d'attesa verrà accettata e riceverà una mail di conferma.
Le persone in lista d'attesa possono rientrare tra i partecipanti fino a domenica 5 dicembre 2021, 23:59CEST. Dopodichè la lista sarà chiusa e tutti coloro che non sono riusciti ad entrare riceveranno un rimborso del 100% sulla tassa di iscrizione.

N.B. Sarai considerato in lista d'attesa solo una volta pagata la tassa di iscrizione.

All attendees are required to to have a valid EU Digital Covid-19 Certificate or an Italian Digital Green Certificate (Green Pass) to enter the venue.

The competition will take place in compliance with the laws in force and with the WCA Competition Safety Policy.

For the sake of your health and safety, we will enforce the following restrictions during the event:

• Competitors must not attend the competition if they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, or if they were exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the week prior to the event. Symptoms include fever, cough, fatigue and diarrhea. If this occurs to you, the organizers will offer you a full refund.
• The organizing team strongly recommends receiving a COVID-19 vaccination before competing. This is not a requirement but is encouraged. For information on vaccines please check your local authorities’ website!
• Everyone must wear a mask at all times inside the venue, covering both nose and mouth.
• Attendees will have to avoid unnecessary interactions and keep at least 1m (3ft) away from others when possible.
• We encourage competitors to bring their own pen to the competition. Cubing Italy will still provide plenty for everybody.
• Hand sanitizer will be widely available for use at the competitors’ pleasure. Organizers will encourage to use it throughout the day.
• Officials and staff will be following special procedures to continue to lower chance of transmission of COVID-19, such as utilizing sanitizer frequently, gloves and distancing.

• Tutti presenti devono indossare sempre una mascherina all'interno del locale, coprendo sia il naso che la bocca.
• I partecipanti dovranno evitare le interazioni non necessarie e mantenersi ad almeno 1 m di distanza dagli altri quando possibile.
• Incoraggiamo i partecipanti a portare la propria penna alla competizione. Cubing Italy fornirà comunque abbastanza penne per tutti quanti.
• Il disinfettante per le mani sarà disponibile in grandi quantità per tutti i partecipanti. Gli organizzatori ricorderanno frequentemente di usarlo durante il giorno.
• Lo staff e il personale seguiranno procedure speciali per ridurre le possibilità di trasmissione di COVID-19, come l'utilizzo frequente di disinfettante, l’utilizzo di guanti e il distanziamento sociale.

Nota: se le restrizioni cambiano, e quindi anche le regole del nostro evento, questa scheda verrà aggiornata di conseguenza e le informazioni sulla modifica verranno inviate all'e-mail dei concorrenti.

How do I get to the venue?
You can get to Politecnico via metro line M2 (stop “Piola”) which can also take you to Milano Centrale or Milano Lambrate train station. Otherwise you can get there by taking bus/tram 19, 33, 62, 90 or 93. Once you enter the building in via Ampere 2, enter the glass door across the courtyard, turn right twice and take the stairs to the first floor. Turn right again and take the stairs to the second floor, then follow directions for room U.2. You can also take the elevator directly to the second floor.

Come raggiungo la venue?
Il Politecnico è facilmente raggiungibile con la metropolitana linea verde M2 (fermata Piola) che collega entrambe le stazioni di Milano Centrale e Milano Lambrate. In alternativa fermano nelle vicinanze i mezzi di superficie 19, 33, 62, 90 e 93. Una volta entrati dall'ingresso in Via Ampère 2, procedete sempre dritto fino alla porta di vetro. In caso i tornelli non fossero aperti, rivolgetevi alla portineria. Una volta dentro, girate a destra due volte e salite la scala che vi porterà al primo piano. Girate ancora a destra e prendete le scale per il secondo, poi seguite le indicazioni per l'aula U2. In alternativa potete prendere l'ascensore per arrivare direttamente al secondo piano.

Cubing Italy is a non-profit cultural association entirely run by volunteers, some of whom have more than 10 years of experience in the cubing community.
Its purpose is to organize speedcubing competitions all over the country.
These competitions are approved by the World Cube Association (WCA), the international association of which Cubing Italy adopts Values and Mission and by which it is recognized as a Regional Organization.

Cubing Italy è un'associazione culturale senza scopo di lucro interamente gestita da volontari, alcuni dei quali hanno più di 10 anni di esperienza nel mondo del cubo.
Il suo scopo è quello di organizzare competizioni di speedcubing su tutto il territorio nazionale.
Le competizioni sono approvate dalla World Cube Association (WCA), l’associazione internazionale di cui Cubing Italy riprende e fa propri Valori e Missione e da cui è riconosciuta come Organizzazione Regionale per l'Italia.

The competition is officially recognized by the World Cube Association, therefore competitors are required to know the WCA Regulations.
All the competitors must be available to help during the competition. This means that if required, they'll have to act as judges or scramblers.
During the competition competitors will be divided into groups.
