When can I register
Registration will open on October 9th at 21:00 (CEST) and close on November 20th.

How much does it cost
The registration fee for this competition is:

• €10 (Euro) for Cubing Italy Basic Members (note: this membership is free, see more below).
• €20 (Euro) for Cubing Italy non-members (note: non-members will have to pay €10 online plus €10 on site if they decide not to become Member).

How can I become a Member?
Becoming a Cubing Italy Member is free and does not imply any obligation towards the association.
Membership is valid until you request cancellation.

You can become a member by filling out this form on the Cubing Italy website.
For children under the age of 16 a parent's authorization is required. If you are under 16 years old, fill in the form with your data and send it anyway.
You will be asked to fill the form at your first competition.

Can I get a refund?
If your registration is cancelled before November 20th 2023 you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee. If you have any problems, contact the organization team.

How does the waiting list work?
You will be put on the waiting list if you complete the registration process after the competitor limit has been reached.
If someone on the competitor list resigns, the first person on the waiting list will be accepted and will receive a confirmation email.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until November 20th 2023. The waiting list will then be closed and all the competitors that didn't manage to secure a spot, will get a 100% refund on the registration fee.

Note: You will be put on the waiting list only after you have paid the registration fee.

Spectators are NOT allowed at the Castel Maggiore venue.
Spectators are NOT allowed at the Catania venue.
Spectators are NOT allowed at the Milan venue.

Are guests allowed?
Up to one guest per competitor is allowed at the Castel Maggiore venue
Up to one guest per competitor is allowed at the Catania venue.
Up to one guest per competitor is allowed at the Milan venue.
Up to one guest per competitor is allowed at the Monterotondo venue.
Up to one guest per competitor is allowed at the Verona venue.

Quanto costa?
Il costo di registrazione a questa competizione è:

• €10 (Euro) per i Soci Base di Cubing Italy (nota: associarsi a questo livello è gratutito, maggiori informazioni sotto).
• €20 (Euro) per i non soci di Cubing Italy (nota: i non soci dovranno pagare €10 online più €10 in loco nel caso decidessero di non associarsi).

Come posso associarmi?
Associarsi è gratuito e non comporta alcun obbligo verso l’associazione.
Il tesseramento ha validità permanente, fino ad una cancellazione volontaria.

È possibile associarsi compilando questo form sul sito di Cubing Italy.
Per i minori di 16 anni è necessaria l'autorizzazione di un genitore. Se hai meno di 16 anni, compila comunque il form con i tuoi dati e invialo.
Ti sarà chiesto di compilare un modulo per il consenso alla tua prima competizione ufficiale.

Posso avere un rimborso?
Se cancelli la tua registrazione prima delle 21:00 (CEST) del 20 novembre 2023 hai diritto al rimborso del 100% della tassa di iscrizione. Ti basta semplicemente contattare uno degli organizzatori.

Come funziona la lista d'attesa?
Verrai messo in lista d'attesa se completi il processo di registrazione dopo che il limite è già stato raggiunto.
Se un partecipante rinuncia, la prima persona in lista d'attesa verrà accettata e riceverà una mail di conferma.
Le persone in lista d'attesa possono rientrare tra i partecipanti fino al 20 novembre 2023. Dopodichè la lista sarà chiusa e tutti coloro che non sono riusciti ad entrare riceveranno un rimborso del 100% sulla tassa di iscrizione.

N.B. Sarai considerato in lista d'attesa solo una volta pagata la tassa di iscrizione.

How do I get to the venue?
By car: take the Bologna Interporto exit on the A13 motorway if you are travelling on the Bologna-Padova motorway or exit 6 - Castel Maggiore on the Bologna ring road. Follow signs for Castel Maggiore or Centergross.
By train: Castel Maggiore railway station is on the Bologna-Padova line and is 2 km from the venue.
By bus: the nearest stop from Bologna Centrale is Autostazione and you can take lines 95/97/98/504. The nearest stop is Castel Maggiore, a 2km walk from the venue.

In macchina: uscire al casello Bologna Interporto sulla A13 se si percorre la Bologna-Padova oppure uscita 6 - Castel Maggiore della Tangenziale di Bologna. Seguire indicazioni per Castel Maggiore o Centergross.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is easily reached from Verona Porta Nuova station by buses 91 (terminus stop Via Valeggio) and 98 (stop Piazza dei Caduti). Those arriving by car will find several parking spots in the square in front of the church and in the surrounding streets. The hall where the competition takes place is located inside the oratory of Parrocchia San Giovanni Evangelista. The venue is located parallel to the soccer field and is accessed through a gate next to the church.

La venue è facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione Verona Porta Nuova con gli autobus 91 (fermata capolinea Via Valeggio) e 98 (fermata Piazza dei Caduti). Chi arriva in macchina troverà diversi parcheggi sia gratuiti che a pagamento nel piazzale davanti alla chiesa e nelle vie circostanti. La sala dove si svolge la gara si trova all'interno dell'oratorio della Parrocchia San Giovanni Evangelista. La sala si trova parallela al campo da calcio e si accede tramite cancello di fianco alla chiesa

The competition is officially recognized by the World Cube Association, therefore competitors are required to know the WCA Regulations.
All the competitors must be available to help during the competition. This means that if required, they'll have to act as judges or scramblers.
During the competition competitors will be divided into groups.
