How do I register

• You need to pay in advance the registration fee in order to complete your registration. No registrations will be accepted without payouts.

2. After registration you'll be able to see the button to pay the €15 registration fee;
3. Remember to check your email address: an email containing more details about the competition will be sent in the week before the event.

Note: The registration procedure is completed only after you have paid the registration fee.

Number of participants
There is a limit of 50 competitors. If the limit is reached, there will be a waiting list.

When can I register
Registration will open on December 18th at 21:00 (UTC+1) and close on Janury 7th at 23:59 (UTC+1).

How much does it cost
The registration fee for this competition is:

• €15 (Euro) for Cubing Italy Cubing Italy Members (note: this membership is free, see more below).
• €25 (Euro) for Cubing Italy non-members (note: non-members will have to pay €15 online plus €10 on site if they decide not to become Member).

How can I become a Member?
Becoming a Cubing Italy Member is free and does not imply any obligation towards the association.
Membership is valid until you request cancellation.

You can become a member by filling out this form on the Cubing Italy website. The Board of Directors will contact you to confirm the membership with Cubing Italy as taken place.
For children under the age of 16 a parent's authorization is required. If you are under 16 years old, fill in the form with your data and send it anyway. The Board of Directors will contact you within a few days, sending you the authorization to be filled in and sent back signed by a parent.

This process can take up to 30 days since it's not automatic so don't panic if you don't recieve an immediate confirmation :)

Alternatively, it is possible to associate on site.

Can I get a refund?
If your registration is cancelled before 23:59 (UTC+1) of Janury 7th you will be refunded a 100% of your registration fee. If you wish to cancel your registration, press "delete" here.

Are spectators allowed?
Spectators are allowed to access the venue for free.

• €15 (Euro) per i Soci di Cubing Italy (nota: associarsi è gratutito, maggiori informazioni sotto).
• €25 (Euro) per i non soci di Cubing Italy (nota: i non soci dovranno pagare €15 online più €10 in loco nel caso decidessero di non associarsi).

Come posso associarmi?
Associarsi è gratuito e non comporta alcun obbligo verso l’associazione.
Il tesseramento ha validitá permanente, fino ad una cancellazione volontaria.

È possibile associarsi compilando questo form sul sito di Cubing Italy. Il Consiglio Direttivo ti contatterà per confermarti dell'avvenuta associazione a Cubing Italy.
Per i minori di 16 anni è necessaria l'autorizzazione di un genitore. Se hai meno di 16 anni, compila comunque il form con i tuoi dati e invialo. Il Consiglio Direttivo ti contatterà entro pochi giorni, inviandoti l'autorizzazione da compilare e rimandare firmata da un genitore.

Il processo non è automatico e può richiedere fino a 30 giorni, quindi non andate nel panico se non ricevete una conferma immediata :)
Alternativamente è possibile associarsi in loco.

Posso avere un rimborso?
Se cancelli la tua registrazione prima delle 23:59 (UTC+1) del 7 gennaio hai diritto al rimborso del 100% della tassa di iscrizione. Se desideri cancellare la tua registrazione, clicca "cancella" qui.

Sono ammessi spettatori?
Gli spettatori sono ammessi e possono accedere gratuitamente.

The competition is officially recognized by the World Cube Association, therefore competitors are required to know the WCA Regulations.
All the competitors must be available to help during the competition. This means that if required, they'll have to act as judges or scramblers.
During the competition competitors will be divided into groups.

Competitors must be ready to compete in their group 20 minutes before the scheduled start.
Note: schedule times are tentative, competition may run late or ahead.

La competizione è ufficialmente riconosciuta dalla World Cube Association, quindi i partecipanti sono tenuti a conoscere il Regolamento WCA.
Tutti i concorrenti devono essere disponibili per aiutare durante la competizione. Ciò significa che, se necessario, dovranno rendersi disponibili come giudici o scrambler.
Durante la competizione i concorrenti saranno divisi in gruppi.

I partecipanti devono essere pronti a gareggiare nel proprio gruppo 20 minuti prima dell'inizio previsto.
Nota: gli orari sono provvisori, le gare possono essere anticipate o ritardate.

Regolamento WCA: Italiano
