Es gelten die folgenden Sicherheitsvorkehrungen und Regeln:

• 3G-Regel: Zum Besuch der Competition muss jeder Teilnehmer und Gast (egal welches Alter!) entweder geimpft, genesen oder getestet sein (3G-Regel). Dies werden wir vor Betreten der Venue überprüfen. Wer hierbei keinen entsprechenden Nachweis (inklusive Identitätsnachweis!) vorzeigen kann, darf NICHT am Wettbewerb teilnehmen oder zusehen. Dabei gilt im Detail folgendes: Als geimpft gilt, wer die hier beschriebenen Kriterien für einen vollständigen Impfschutz erfüllt und nachweisen (z.B. EU-Covid-19 Zertifikat oder Impfpass) kann. Als genesen gilt, wer einen positiven PCR-Test-Nachweis über eine Covid-19-Infektion vorlegen kann, welcher mindestens 28 Tage sowie höchstens 90 Tage alt ist. Als getestet gilt, wer ein zertifiziertes, höchstens 24 Stunden zurückliegendes negatives Antigen-Schnelltest- bzw. höchstens 48 Stunden zurückliegendes negatives PCR-Test-Ergebnis vorzeigen kann. Siehe auch FAQ COVID-19-Impfung des Bundesministeriums für Gesundheit.
• Maskenpflicht: Alle Teilnehmer und Gäste müssen zu jeder Zeit während des Aufenthalts in der Venue einen geeigneten Mund-Nasen-Schutz (medizinische OP-Maske oder FFP2-/KN95-Maske) korrekt über Mund und Nase tragen, Stoffmasken sind nicht erlaubt! Das Absetzen der Maske zum Essen und Trinken in der Venue ist nur temporär erlaubt. Siehe hierfür auch den Tab Verpflegung.
• Symptome: Personen, die am Tag des Wettbewerbs Covid-Symptome wie Fieber, Husten oder Abgeschlagenheit zeigen oder in der Woche vor dem Wettbewerb mit einem Covid-19-Erkrankten Kontakt hatten, dürfen die Venue nicht betreten und nicht am Wettbewerb teilnehmen.
• Gäste-Begrenzung: Es darf maximal ein Gast pro Teilnehmer mitgebracht werden. Dieser Gast muss bei ihrer Anmeldung angeben werden. Desinfektion: Während des Wettbewerbs wird Desinfektionsmittel bereitgestellt werden. Darüber hinaus werden die Timer regelmäßig desinfiziert werden. Teilnehmer können falls gewünscht ihre eigenen Stifte mitbringen, diese werden ansonsten von uns bereitgestellt.

Achtung: Die oben genannten Regeln dienen der Durchführung einer sicheren Veranstaltung für alle Teilnehmer. Nichtbeachten der Regeln und mutwilliges oder wiederholtes Zuwiderhandeln führen zur Disqualifikation und Ausschluss von der Veranstaltung.

Dies obigen Regeln erfüllen die aktuell gültige Corona-Schutzverordnung in Bayern in vollem Umfang. Bitte beachte, dass wir keinen Einfluss auf gesetzliche Regelungen haben.

Sollte es kurzfristig zu Änderungen kommen wegen denen wir unsere COVID-Sicherheits-Richtlinien verschärfen, oder den Wettbewerb sogar komplett absagen müssen, werden alle Teilnehmer per E-Mail benachrichtigt und die Teilnahmegebühr wenn nötig zurückgezahlt.

Falls du zu Wettbewerb aus einem anderen Land als Deutschland anreisen möchtest, beachte bitte die derzeitigen Einreiseregelungen für Deutschland und leiste den dort beschriebenen Anweisungen Folge.

The following safety rules and precautions apply:

• 3G Rule: To attend the competition, every competitor and guests (no matter what age!) has to be either vaccinated, recovered or tested for Covid-19. We will check this before you enter the venue. Those who cannot show any corresponding certificate (including proof of identity!) are NOT allowed to attend the competition as competitor or guest. This means: For a person to be recognized as a vaccinated person, the criteria for complete vaccination described here have to be fulfilled and a valid certificate (e.g. EU-Covid-19 certificate or vaccination pass) can be shown at the venue. A recovered person has to show a certification prooving a Covid-19 infection that is between 28days and 90 days old. A tested person is someone who can show a certified, at most 24 hours old negative antigen rapid test or at most 48 hours old PCR test result certificate.
• Mask Requirement: All competitors and guests will have to wear a suitabe mouth nose protection such as a medical OP mask or FFP2-/KN95 mask (no fabric masks allowed!) correctly over mouth and nose anytime while being in the venue. It is only temporarily allowed to take off the mask in order to eat or drink. For this also see the Tab Catering.
• Symptoms: Persons that show Covid symptoms such as fever, coughing or fatigue on the day of the competition are not allowed to enter the venue and/or compete. This also applies to persons that were in contact with a Covid-19 patient in the week prior to the competition.
• Guest Limitation: There is a maximum of one guest per competitor. The guest has to be mentioned when completing your application. Disinfection: We will provide disinfectants during the competition. Moreover the timers will be disinfected regularly. Competitors are encouraged to bring their own pencils if wanted, otherwise we will provide you with those.

Attention: The rules stated above serve to ensure the safe execution of the competition for all competitors. Ignoring and willful or repeated violating of these rules will result in disqualification and exclusion from the competition.

The rules above are in compliance with the laws in force (see the Covid-19 Safety Policy in Bavaria). Please note that we do not have any influence on the regulations set by the laws.

In case these laws change and we have to alter our COVID Safety Rules or even cancel the competition entirely, all competitors will be notified via e-mail and the registration fee will be paid back if possible.

If you plan to travel to the competition from another country, please take a look at the current entry restrictions for Germany and follow the regulations set there.

Informationen für Neulinge

Falls dies dein erstes WCA Turnier sein sollte, beachte bitte die folgenden Punkte:

• Alle Neulinge sind dazu verpflichtet ein Ausweisdokument an der Anmeldung vor zu zeigen (Regulation 2e)). Aus dem Dokument müssen Name, Nationalität und Geburtsdatum hervorgehen.
• Alle Neulinge sind eindringlich gebeten, am Tutorial (siehe Zeitplan) teilzunehmen.
• Jeder Teilnehmer sollte bereits vor der Meisterschaft mindestens einmal die offiziellen Regeln der WCA gelesen haben. Zusätzlich ist ein Blick in unsere Teilnehmer-Anleitung sowie das WCA Competition Tutorial mehr als ratsam für alle Neulinge!
• Keine Angst: während des Turniers besteht die Möglichkeit, sich mit dem offiziellen Equipment (Stackmat-Timer) vertraut zu machen und Fragen zu stellen.
• Bei wichtigen Fragen vor dem Turnier kannst du dich gerne an das Organisationsteam wenden.

Live Ergebnisse sind über WCA Live verfügbar. Nach dem Wettkampf werden alle Ergebnisse in die Datenbank der WCA hochgeladen, und auf dieser Seite einzusehen sein.

Bei Unklarheiten kannst du dich gerne an den Organisator wenden.

Newcomer information

If this is your first WCA competition, please pay attention to the following:

• According to Regulation 2e), all newcomers are required to bring some form of identification document that shows name, citizenship and date of birth.
• All newcomers are urgently asked to attend the Tutorial (see schedule).
• Every competitor should have read the official WCA regulations at least once before attending the competition! A more condensed version of the important regulations can be found at the WCA Competition Tutorial.
• Don't be afraid: there will also be time to test the equipment (for example the official timing device, the Stackmat timer) and discuss the rules if you have questions at the competition.

Live results are available via WCA Live. All results will later be uploaded to the WCA database after the competition, and will be available right here.

Feel free to contact the organizer if you have any uncertainties.

Mittagessen und kleine Snacks werden vor Ort verkauft. Es wird eine Auswahl an Brötchen, Süßspeisen, Suppe, und weiteren Kleinigkeiten geben. Alkoholfreie Getränke werden natürlich auch verkauft.
Alle Teilnehmer erhalten einen 5€-Gutschein für den Tag.

Um etwas zu essen oder zu trinken, das am Veranstaltungsort gekauft wurde, ist das vorübergehende Abnehmen der Gesichtsmaske in Anbetracht der COVID-19-Sicherheitsregeln dieses Wettbewerbs erlaubt.

WICHTIG: Es ist nicht erlaubt, eigene Speisen oder Getränke mit in den Bürgersaal zu bringen!

Wenn du eigene Getränke oder Snacks mitbringst, sei bitte so rücksichtsvoll, den Veranstaltungsort zu verlassen, bevor du diese konsumierst.

There will be lunch/snacks provided for a small price. You can choose between a variety of sandwiches, cakes, soup, and other small items. Unalcoholic beverages will also be sold.
All Competitors will receive a 5€ voucher for the day.

Taking off your face mask temporarily to eat or drink something that was purchased at the venue will be in compliance with the COVID-19 Safety Rules of this competition.

IMPORTANT: It is not allowed to bring your own food or drinks to the Bürgersaal venue!

If you do bring your own drinks or snacks please be so considerate to leave the venue before you consume them.

Nuremberg airport is just 15km from the venue! From the airport you can take the underground (U2, 10 mins) to Nürnberg main railway station.
At Nürnberg main railway station you can take S1 to "Hartmannshof" or "Hersbruck" and get off at the station "Röthenbach-Steinberg" or a RB (Regional Bahn) and get off at "Rückersdorf". The ride from the main railway station to the destinations is about 15 mins, and both stations are approximately 1km from the venue.

There are some hotels near the venue:

• Berggasthof Ludwigshöhe, 1km to the Venue

• Hotel-Gasthof "Zur Post", 3km to the Venue

• Aveno Hotel am Steinbach, 1,9km to the Venue

There are also many cheap hotels in Nürnberg.

Vom Hauptbahnhof Nürnberg fährt die S1 Richtung "Hartmannshof" oder "Hersbruck" zur Haltestelle "Röthenbach-Steinberg" und Regionalbahnen zur Haltestelle "Rückersdorf". Beides dauert ca. 15 Minuten und die Haltestellen sind jeweils ca 1km vom Bürgersaal entfernt.

In Rückersdorf und Umgebung gibt es einige Hotels, z.B.:

• Berggasthof Ludwigshöhe, 1km zur Venue

• Hotel-Gasthof "Zur Post", 3km zur Venue

• Aveno Hotel am Steinbach, 1,9km zur Venue
