La participación en este torneo requiere de la comprensión de los siguientes requisitos:
1. Conocer el reglamento de la WCA ya que este es un torneo oficial.
2. Elegir los eventos a inscribir cuidadosamente luego de revisar las pestañas Eventos y Cronograma. Prestar atención a los formatos de las rondas y a sus cortes y límites.
3. Inscribirse electrónicamente completando el proceso aquí.
4. La competencia es Totalmente Gratuita para los competidores; la entrada a la feria tendrá un costo de 30.000 COP (Que se pagan a la entrada).
5.Para confirmar tu asistencia a la competencia, manda un mensaje al Whatsapp: 3017284948 o al 3167040760 con asunto -Friki Festival 2019- y el nombre del competidor.
6. Esperar a que el registro electrónico sea aceptado.

The participation in this competition requires the comprehension and acceptance of the following requirements:
1. Being familiar with the WCA rules since this is an official competition.
2. Carefully choosing the events and look the schedule. Keep the rounds format, cutoffs and limits in mind.
3. Registering online completing the process here.
4. The competition is Totally Free for competitors; the entrance to the fair will cost 30,000 COP (10$ USD).

Por primera vez en la ciudad de VALLEDUPAR llega un torneo de Cubo Mágico, o deporte conocido como SpeedCubing, si es la primera vez que participar te pedimos que leas detenidamente el reglamento de la WCA.
Este torneo es COMPLETAMENTE GRATUITO y se llevará a cabo dentro del FRIKI FESTIVAL VALLEDUPAR 2019 el cual si lleva un costo de entrada a taquilla por lo que te pedimos leas lo siguiente:
- Las personas que participen en el evento y sean de cualquier departamento de Colombia diferente al Cesar, la entrada al evento y al torneo será completamente GRATUITA.
- Unicamente sí eres del departamento del Cesar SI pagas la entrada en la taquila.

For the first time in VALLEDUPAR city comes a Magic Cube competition, or sport known as SpeedCubing, if is your first competition, we ask you to read the WCA regulations.
This Competition is COMPLETELY FREE and will take place within the FRIKI FESTIVAL VALLEDUPAR 2019. It has a ticket cost at the box office so we ask you to read the following:
- People who participate in the event and are from any department of Colombia other than Cesar or different country, The entrance to the event and the tournament will be completely FREE.
- Only if you are from Cesar's department You have to pay the entrance fee at the box office.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
