The base registration fee for this competition is 20 Br (Belarusian Ruble).
After registering on the WCA website your registration will be accepted within few days. 2 weeks before the competition you will also receive an e-mail asking to confirm your participation. After replying to this e-mail your registration will be approved completely.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
