Golden Valley Open Heredia 2024
Esta competencia es reconocida como una competencia official de la World Cube Association.
La competencia es abierta a competidores de cualquier nacionalidad, el registro esta habilitado desde la página oficial de la WCA. No es necesario tener experiencia, pero los competidores deben conocer los Reglamentos de competición.
El acceso a invitados y espectadores será gratuita.

Golden Valley Open Heredia 2024
This competition is recognized as an official World Cube Association competition.
The competition is open to all competitors of all nationalities. Registration is available on the WCA website. No experience in WCA competitions is necessary, but competitors should be familiar with the WCA Regulations

There is a competitor limit of 60 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₡6,500 (Costa Rican Colón).
If your registration is cancelled before Sunday, November 10, 2024 at 6:00 PM UTC you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 6:00 PM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 6:00 PM UTC on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.

El torneo de 2v2 será una categoría no oficial y los participantes serán los mejores 24 posicionados en la categoría 3x3 que no califiquen a la ronda final, los equipos no serán aleatorios y se formarán de la siguiente manera según la clasificación en la primera ronda

El promedio de ambos integrantes se sumarán y clasificará en una nueva tabla donde los 4 equipos con la suma más baja de sus tiempos calificarán directamente a los 4tos de final como se muestra en la imagen
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
