Information

This is the first official WCA speedcubing competition held in Jakarta this year. The event will take place for one day, lasting throughout the Ramadan fasting period.

Your registration will not be accepted until you confirm payment with us. For more information, please contact the organizer.

There is a competitor limit of 80 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is Rp150,000 (Indonesian Rupiah).
If your registration is cancelled before Sunday, March 17, 2024 at 12:00 PM UTC you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 4:00 PM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 4:00 PM UTC by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.

Payment and Confirmation:
• Pay via transfer to BCA 3420249984 (YUSUF ABDUL QOHHAR).
• Confirm the registration by sending the proof of transfer to +62 813 8737 1866 (Yusuf) along with " Full Name of competitor" and "the list of events competed". Please include your "Date of Birth and Full name".
• Your registration will be approved and considered complete after you both pay the registration fee and confirm the registration with ID Card.
• Participants must complete the registration and confirm the payment before 19 March 2024.

Apakah saya menggunakan kubus saya sendiri untuk berkompetisi?
YA! Anda bertanggung jawab atas kubus rubik sendiri untuk berkompetisi.

Berapakah usia normal peserta pada acara-acara ini?
Semua usia diperbolehkan, tetapi secara umum peserta berusia antara 6 hingga 30 tahun. Namun, jangan biarkan hal ini mematahkan semangat Anda, semua orang dapat dan seharusnya bermain rubik!

Apakah ada pembagian usia?

For first-time competitors

All newcomers must be familiar with the WCA Regulations before competing. This video gives a basic overview of the rules. Note that this video is 1-year-old and some information may be outdated.

In addition, please read this document before coming to the competition.

Finally, please be familiar with how to judge at a cubing competition. All competitors will be required to judge in at least one of the events they are competing in. This video gives a basic overview of how to judge, and does include more up-to-date information.

For all competitors

When you arrive, you will receive a card with personalized information detailing your events and what group you will be competing in for each event. In addition, you will also have judging/scrambling assignments on your card. Every competitor is expected to help out during the event(s) they are registered for. The card will look like the following:

If you do not arrive to help during your scheduled event, and there are not enough staff members, we reserve the right to disqualify you from competing.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do I use my own cube to compete?
YES! You are responsible for your own hardware in order to compete.

What is the normal age of competitors at these events?
All ages are welcome, but in general competitors are between 6 to 30 years old. Don't let this stop you though, everyone can and should cube!

Are there age divisions?
Nope! All competitors compete in the same group

Can I still borrow some one else's puzzles?
We advise against sharing of puzzles.

Please make sure competitor puzzles are legal for competition, especially for events such as 3x3 blindfolded (no logos!).

All of the information regarding cube legality can be found in the WCA Regulations. If competitors are unsure about this please don't hesitate to contact the organisers with any questions.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
