Những câu hỏi thường gặp trước giải đấu:
Q: ID và COMP xem ở đâu?
- Trước ngày thi 3 ngày bạn sẽ nhận được email của BTC, trong đó có COMP và ID cho các vòng thi của bạn, bạn vui lòng xem và nhớ kỹ trước khi đi thi.

Q: Mấy giờ có mặt, thi tới mấy giờ?
- Các bạn xem lịch thi đấu TẠI ĐÂY. , có mặt từ 9h15 và kết thúc tầm 19h00.

Q: Tôi thi COMP 5, tôi có cần có mặt từ COMP 1 không?
- Các bạn được yêu cầu có mặt xuyên suốt tại bộ môn thi, vì nếu bạn không trình diện khi tới COMP của mình, bạn sẽ không được tham gia thi bổ sung.

Q: Tôi đăng ký sao chưa thấy BTC gửi email duyệt?
- Bạn cần phải thanh toán lệ phí thi để được duyệt, vì giải này sẽ không thu phí tại chỗ nên nếu không thanh toán phí -> bạn sẽ không được tham gia.

Q: Tôi có thể dẫn theo bạn bè, phụ huynh không?

Frequently asked question before the competition:
Q: Where can I view my ID and COMP?
- You will receive an email from the organizers with your COMP and ID for your events 3 days before the competition. Please review and remember these details before coming to the competition.

Q: What time do I need to show up, and how long will the competition last?
- You can view the competition schedule HERE. You should be present at 9:15 AM and the competition will end at around 7:00 PM.

Q: I'll be in COMP 5, do I need to be present for COMP 1?
- You are required to be present throughout your events, as you will not be allowed to compete later if you are not present for your COMP.

Q: I registered, why haven't I received an approval email yet?
- You must pay registration fees for your registration to be accepted. On-the-spot payments will not be allowed, so you will not be able to compete if you have not paid the fee.

Frequently asked question during the competition:
Q: Will the organizers provide lunch?
- You will have to prepare your own meals. The organizers will not provide meals for competitors.

Q: I will only be doing 3x3, do I need to be present the day before?
- You are only required to be present on the day of your event.

Q: Can I bring friends or parents?
- You are allowed to bring guests, though they may be asked to give up their seats for the competitors if the room is full.

• Tất cả các Thí sinh đọc các quy định của WCA. Những người tham gia phải biết các quy định của WCA trước khi tham dự một cuộc thi chính thức. Important Information

• All competitors must read through the WCA Regulations. Competitors must be familiar with the Regulations before competing in an official competition. There will be a New Competitor Tutorial before the competition begins, in which we will walk you through how to compete in an official WCA competition. If you would like to learn more about how a competition works, please read through this guide, which details most things competitors need to know.

• Please check your email one week before the competition, as you will receive a pre-competition email with various important details that competitors need to know. This email will also include any changes made since the competition was announced. Any urgent information will communicated to competitors via email, so it is important that you check your email regularly.

• You need to be present at the venue at least 60 minutes before your event starts, as the schedule may differ from what was previously announced. If you are not present on time for the last call of an event, you will not be allowed to compete in that event. Missing an event does not affect your participation in any other evnets, but you will not be allowed to compete in any subsequent rounds of events you have missed.

• Grouping summary list - The grouping summary will be announced here one week before the competition starts, please note down your groups before coming to the competition!

Trước khi diễn ra giải đấu:
Trong vòng 3 ngày trước khi diễn ra giải đấu, Ban Tổ Chức (BTC) sẽ gửi email cho các bạn về số báo danh thi, và số thứ tự COMP mà bạn sẽ thi cho từng môn đăng ký
Ví dụ: Nguyễn Văn A, ID 15, 3x3 - COMP 7
-> bạn Nguyễn Văn A có số báo danh (ID) 15, thi môn 3x3 ở COMP 7
Trong ngày thi, các bạn có thể xem thông tin các COMP ở bảng thông tin
Trong ngày thi đấu:
- Các bạn xem lịch thi đấu ở các mục

• Khi tới bộ môn các bạn có đăng ký thi, các bạn xem COMP để biết nhóm thi của mình

• BTC sẽ đọc các COMP lên thi, và các COMP chuẩn bị, khi các bạn ngồi vào ghế chuẩn bị, các bạn sẽ được phát scorecard, các bạn kiểm tra thật kỹ tên và ID của mình tên scorecard

• Trong lúc các bạn ngồi chờ, BTC sẽ bắt đầu thu cubes để chuẩn bị cho phần thi

• Khi BTC đọc tên và đọc số thứ tự chỗ ngồi, các bạn sẽ lên vị trí tương ứng

• Sau khi hoàn thành phần thi, các bạn quay lại khu vực ngồi chờ

• Nếu như BTC đọc tên của bạn 3 lần nhưng bạn không có mặt, sẽ xem như bạn không thi đấu môn này

Before the competition:
Within 3 days before the competition, the Organizing Committee (BTC) will email you your ID, as well as your COMPs for your registered events.
For example: Nguyen Van A, ID 15, 3x3 - COMP 7
-> Nguyen Van A has registration number (ID) 15, and will be in COMP 7 for 3x3
On competition day, you can view your COMP information on the information panel
During the competition:
- You can see the schedule in the sections

• When the events you have registered for starts, please refer to your COMPs to know which groups you will be in

• The organizers will call the current COMP and the next COMP to prepare. When you are in the preparation area, you will be given your scorecard. Please check the scorecard carefully to ensure that your name and ID is correct.

• While you wait, the organizers will start collecting cubes to prepare for your attempts

• When the organizers read out your name and station number, you will move to the corresponding station

• After completing your attempts, please return to the waiting area

• If you are not present after the organizers have called your name 3 times, you forfeit your attempts in the event
