There is a pizza place around 300 meters, from the venue. We can make a group order at check-in, so the food will be ready in the break.
There is also a Coop365 (supermarket) around the same distance from the venue.
The competition ends relatively early, so you can eat dinner after the competition has ended.

Every competitior will be divided into a team, which consists of initially 4 persons. Half of the group (2 persons) of every team will participate in the first group (16:15-17:40), and the other half of every team will participate in the second group (18:10-19:35). When half of the team is solving, the other half are 'helpers' (judges and scramblers).
That means that you will always have something to do during the competition, and that you have to be present during both groups.

The organisers will try to divide people, in a way so there are two competent scramblers in every team, and try to divide the teams into people who are doing similar events. If you have wish to be in the same group with another participant, please contact the organisation team. Though this may not be possible.

There is a 45 minutes cumulative time limit to solve all the events you want to.
Every competitior will get access to a Google Sheet, which can be used to calculate how much time has been used. Everyone who solves more than three events, and expects to use more than 20 minutes, are adviced to use it, so you by accident don't go above the time limit.

Competitors should, prior to the competition, calculate how many solves they are able to do in the events they wish to participate in, and how long it would take. In the shared sheet, there will be a couple of examples.

You can participate in every event in the order of your choice, though there can be some restrictions around the blind events.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced across rounds (see Guideline A1a2++).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
