"Happy Cubing Acton 2021" sera la segunda competencia del año 2021 en el pais.
Con protocolos de Bioseguridad nacionales y los establecidos por la WCA, "Happy Cubing Acton 2021" busca mantener el desarrollo del speedcubing en El Salvador de la manera mas segura posible.
- Se aceptará un máximo de UN acompañante por competidor.
- Se tomará la temperatura a la entrada de la competencia.
- El uso de mascarilla es obligatorio en todo momento dentro de la competencia.
"Happy Cubing Acton 2021" will be the country's second competition of 2021.
With national and WCA's Bio Security guidelines, "Happy Cubing Acton 2021" is aiming to further develop speedcubing in El Salvador in the safest way possible.
-Only ONE guest per competitor will be allowed.
-Temperature will be taken at the venue entrance.
-Protective mask MUST be worn at all times at the competition venue.

The base registration fee for this competition is $5 (United States Dollar).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.

Requisitos de registro para esta competencia:
1. Completar el registro correctamente.
2 El pago de la inscirpción debe hacerse a la Cuenta no. 111884268 del Bac Credomatic a nombre de Carmen Elena Castro Dardano y seguidamente enviar un correo a jecuber3@gmail.com con el asunto "Happy Cubing Acton 2021" e incluir una foto del comprobante de pago, indicando los datos de la persona inscrita (Nombre, WCA ID si lo tiene) asi como las categorìas a realizar. El correo con dicha informacion debe ser recibido a mas tardar el dia Domingo 20 de Junio de 2021 a las 11:59 pm GMT-6 (hora local).
El pago incluye la participacion para todas las categorias disponibles.
Almuerzos
Para competidores e invitados, se preparan almuerzos por encargo, estarán listos en el lugar de competencia a la hora del receso de mediodía, el costo de cada plato es de $3.00. De estar interesados, realizar depósito en la misma cuenta y detallar en el correo la cantidad de platos a encargar.
3. Su registro sera aceptado solamente si se cumplen los requisitos arriba mencionados. NO se haran reembolsos si su registro no es aceptado por el incumplimiento de alguno de estos requisitos.
4. Agregar/Remover Eventos.
Competidores pueden solicitar (por correo electrónico) agregar eventos adicionales ANTES que cierre el registro.
Competidores no podrán agregar eventos después que el registro cierre.
Competidores pueden solicitar (por correo electrónico) el remover eventos de su registro, también es aceptable no presentarse a cualquier evento en el que no desees competir, si existe la posibilidad de que quieras participar en un evento, deberías registrarte para este.
5. Política para lista de espera.
Si el registro se llena, colocaremos a los competidores en una lista de espera. Para entrar a la lista de espera, tienes que registrarte y pagar. No estarás en la lista de espera hasta que el pago de registro sea realizado, si no sales de la lista de espera, recibirás un reembolso completo (para el cual tendrás que asistir al lugar y día de competencia en el horario entre 8:00 am-12:00 pm) de lo contrario el registro NO será reembolsado. Si un competidor notifica que no asistirá, la primera persona en la lista de espera la reemplazará, Competidores podrán ser reemplazados hasta el 20 de Junio de 2021, 12:00 pm gmt-6. Ningún competidor será agregado el día de la competencia.English.
Registration requirements for the competition:
1. Complete the registration correctly.
2. The registration fee has to be paid to Bac Credomatic Account number 111884268 to the name of Carmen Elena Castro Dardano, thereafter send an email to jecuber3@gmail.com with the subject "Happy Cubing Acton 2021", the competitor's information (Name, WCA ID if you have it), the categories to participate in. The email must be sent latest by Sunday June 20th 2021 at 11:59 pm GMT-6 (local time).
The payment includes all available categories.
Lunches
For competitors and guests, Lunch boxes will be available with prior requests. Lunches will be ready at the venue for the lunch break. Each lunch box will have a cost of $3.00. If you are interested, make the payment to the same bank account and include the number of requested lunches on the email.
3. Your registration will be accepted only if the requirements mentioned above are met. There will not be any refunds if your registration is not accepted due to failing to comply with any of the requirements.
4. Adding/Dropping Events
Competitors may request (by email) to be added to more events BEFORE registration closes.
Competitors may not add events after registration closes.
Competitors may request (by email) to remove events from their registration. It is also acceptable to not show up for any event you do not wish to compete in. If there is a chance you will want to do an event, you should register for it!
5. Waitlist Policies
If registration fills up, we will place competitors on a waitlist. In order to get on the waitlist, you must register and pay. You are not on the waitlist until you pay the registration fee. If you do not make it to the waitlist, you will be fully refunded (for this you will have to go to the competition’s venue the day of the competition between 8:00 am and 12:00pm) otherwise the fee WILL NOT be refunded. If a competitor drops out, the first person on the waitlist will replace them. People can be replaced up until June 20th, 2021, 12:00 pm gmt-6. Oscar Nieto won with an average of 10.38 seconds in the 3x3x3 Cube event. José Eduardo Palacios Castro finished second (10.61) and Fernando Daniel Domínguez Castaneda finished third (11.39).

TODOS LOS COMPETIDORES DEBEN LEER ESTA PESTAÑA ANTES DE REGISTRARSE.
Al llegar, recibiras una tarjeta y gafete personalizado con informacion detallada de tus eventos y en que grupos competiras para cada categoria, adicionalmente, tambien recibiras asignaciones de staff. Se espera la ayuda de todos los competidores para esta competencia. Para cada evento en el que participes, seras asignado para ayudar en un grupo de ese evento. Si no atiendes a ayudar durante tu evento agendado, y no hay suficientes miembros de staff, nos reservamos el derecho de descalificarte de la competencia.
Impartiremos un tutorial de como ser juez al inicio del dia, justo antes del inicio de la primera ronda de 3x3x3. Esto permitirá que cualquiera con preguntas de como ser juez esté adecuadamente preparado para ayudar con funciones de staff. Esperamos que este sistema divida las tareas de juez de manera justa y permita que la competencia se realice de manera fluida.
ALL COMPETITORS MUST READ THIS TAB BEFORE REGISTERING.
When you arrive, you will receive a card/nametag with personalized information detailing your events and what group you will be competing in for each event. In addition, you will also receive staffing assignments. All competitors are expected to help at this competition. For each event you sign up for, you will be assigned to help out for just one group of that event. If you do not arrive to help during your scheduled event, and there are not enough staff members, we reserve the right to disqualify you from competing.
We will provide a judging tutorial at the beginning of the day, right before the start of 3x3 Round 1. This will allow anyone with questions about how to judge to be properly prepared when they are expected to help. We hope that this system will fairly divide up the judging of the competition and make the competition run smoothly for all.

CAMISAS:
En esta pestaña estaran encontrando el diseño de las camisas de Happy Cubing Acton 2021. Las camisas tendran un precio de $6. Si desea comprar alguna camisa, tiene que pagar $3 junto al pago de la inscripcion, agregar en el correo que talla quiere su camisa. El dia de la competencia tendra que pagar los otros $3 dolares, decir su nombre para que nosotros podamos entregarle sus camisas.
T-SHIRTS:
In this tab you will find the design of the Happy Cubing Acton 2021 shirts. The shirts will have a price of $ 6. If you want to buy a shirt, you have to pay $ 3 together with the registration fee, add in the mail what size you want your shirt. ALMUERZOS:
En esta pestaña tendran toda la informacion sobre los almuerzos que pueden agregar para la competencia. El precio de los almuerzos es de $3 c/u. No hay muchos lugares cerca para comer cerca de el lugar de la competencia, recomiendo agregar almuerzos pero si usted desea, puede llevar su propio almuerzo para la competencia. Si desea agregar uno o varios almuerzos, tiene que pagarlos junto al pago de la inscripcion de la competencia igual que con las camisas. El almuerzo llevara pollo, arroz, ensalada, tortilla y fresco.
LUNCHES:
In this tab you will find all the information about the lunches that you can add for the competition. The price of the lunches is $ 3 each. There are not many places near to eat near the competition site, I recommend adding lunches but if you wish, you can bring your own lunch for the competition. If you want to add one or more lunches, you have to pay for them together with the competition registration payment as with the shirts. Lunch will include chicken, rice, salad, tortilla and juice.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
