This competition is part of the Hasselt Twin Open 2025 Competition Series. Other competitions in this Series are: Note: You can submit a registration for all competitions in a Series, but only one of those registrations can be confirmed and accepted. You will only be allowed to compete in one of the Series competitions!
There is a competitor limit of 80 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is €12 (Euro).
The registration fee has to be paid through Stripe here once registered.
If your registration is cancelled before Friday, February 28, 2025 at 7:00 PM UTC you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Friday, February 28, 2025 at 7:00 PM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Friday, February 28, 2025 at 7:00 PM UTC on the Register tab.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.

This competition is open to everyone. Registration starts on the 10th of Februari at 8:00 PM.
This is a twin competition together with Hasselt Sunday Open 2025. You can only register for one of these competitions! If you register for both competitions, we will accept the first registration and delete the other.
The entry fees for competitors is €12.00, guests can attend free of charge. This must be paid in advance, by following the instructions below.
When 80 competitors have completed their registration by paying the entry fee, registration will be closed and a waiting list will be started.
How to register
- Fill in the form on this site.
- Pay the entry fee. You can only pay by credit card via the WCA website!
- Then, we will accept your registration and your name will show up on the registration list. Your registration will only be accepted as soon as we have received your payment.
Cancellation
If you registered but are unable to attend for some reason, you can cancel your registration by sending an email to the organizers. If you do this before Februari 28 at 8:00 PM, we will refund half of your entry fee.
Change events
You can change the events you are registered for on on this site, until the Friday before the competition.

Openbaar vervoer: De school ligt vlak bij het station van Kiewit (5 minuten stappen). Vanuit het station van Hasselt is de school ook makkelijk met de bus bereikbaar.
Auto: Aan de school is een parking die gratis beschikbaar is.
English:
Public Transport: The school is a 5-minute walk from the train station of Kiewit. You can also take the bus from the station of Hasselt.
Car: To the front of the school there are free parking spots.
Français:
Transports publics : L'école se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de la gare de Kiewit. Vous pouvez également prendre le bus depuis la gare d'Hasselt.
Voiture : Il y a des places de parking gratuites devant l'école.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
