Like last year's Rubik's Rumble, registration can be paid online via PayPal prior to the competition, or on-site in cash on the day of the competition.
While online registration is open, the cost to compete is $2n+10, where n is the number of events you wish to compete in, until 100 competitors have registered.
After the online registration period ends, you can still register on-site on the day of the competition. Then, the cost to compete is $20 for 3x3 only.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
