広島では約3年振りとなるWCA公式大会を開催します。
新型コロナウイルス感染症 (COVID-19) 対策のため、本大会では会場への入場者数を制限しています。
飛び込みでの競技参加や同伴、見学はできません。同伴を希望の場合、参加申し込み時に同伴者数をご記入ください。
見学を希望の場合、実行委員会宛に3/18までにフォームにてお申込みください。 詳細は"見学や競技者への同伴"のタブをご確認ください。In Hiroshima, the WCA official competition will be held for the first time in about three years.
The number of persons in the venue is controlled as a COVID-19 countermeasure.
If you are not a competitor or their guest and that you want to observe the competition, please be sure to apply to the organization team before 18th March.

There is a competitor limit of 90 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ¥2,000 (Japanese Yen).
If your registration is cancelled before Friday, March 3, 2023 at 1:00 PM UTC you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until Friday, March 3, 2023 at 1:00 PM UTC.
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until Friday, March 3, 2023 at 1:00 PM UTC by contacting the organization team.
No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
Any spectator can attend for free.

特別な参加要件はなく、年齢、性別、国籍を問わず参加申し込みが可能です。
ただし、種目ごとに制限タイムとカットオフが設定されています。
詳細は "開催種目" タブをご確認ください。No qualification is required for your registration, but Time limit and Cutoff may be applied for each event. Please check "Events" Tab in detail.
参加申し込み / Registration
参加申し込みはスピードキュービングジャパン内の専用ページにて行います。この WCA 大会ページからはお申し込みいただけません。
本大会ではキャッシュレスの完全事前決済制を採用しています。
現金支払いには対応いたしません。クレジットカードなどの決済手段をご用意ください。参加申し込みは参加費のお支払い手続きが完了した時点で有効となり、その後先着順で承認されます。
この承認は実行委員会の手作業なので、数日の時間差が生じることがあります。参加申し込み時点で定員に達していた場合はキャンセル待ちとなり、支払いが完了していても参加承認されない場合があるので予めご了承ください。
キャンセル待ち状態の方は、参加承認済みのどなたかがキャンセルした場合に先着順で承認されます。参加申し込み期間の終了後、この繰り上げ措置は行いません。参加申し込みの期限は大会申込み期間の終了と同じです。

This competition uses a completely pre-paid cashless system.
Cash payments will not be accepted. Please prepare a credit card or other ways in advance.Your registration application will be validated upon completion of the registration fee payment process, and will then be approved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Since this approval is a manual operation by the Organizing team, a slight time delay will exist.Your registration will be added to the waiting list when the number of participants has already reached the limit. Then your registration may not be approved even if payment has been completed. Registrations on the waiting list will be approved if any one of the accepted competitors withdraws themselves. All competitors still on the waiting list after registration periods will be removed.
The due date for advance payment is as same as the end of the registration period.
The refund policy in such cases is described separately below.参加申し込みの内容変更・キャンセル / Changing or Canceling your Registration
参加申し込みの承認後に登録内容を変更したい場合（例：参加種目の追加、同伴者人数の変更など）、または参加をキャンセルする場合は、hiroshima2023@speedcubing.or.jpまで必ず連絡してください。
If you would like to change your registration (e.g. changing events, number of guests) or withdraw from the competition, please email the organization team at hiroshima2023@speedcubing.or.jp.
参加費 / Registration fees
基本登録料2,000円に加え、1種目あたり1000円が必要です。
例１：3x3x3 キューブ1種目のみに参加される場合、
2,000 + 1,000 x 1 = 3,000円例２：3x3x3 キューブ、ピラミンクス、スキューブの合計3種目に参加される場合、
2,000 + 1,000 x 3 = 5,000円Basic fee: 2,000 JPY

1. 参加承認後、参加申し込みの内容を変更する場合 / In case you want to change your registration detail after approved
申込期間内に限り登録内容の変更が可能です。
種目の増減などのご希望があれば、個別のメールにてご相談ください。参加費に生じる差額の調整方法についてご連絡いたします。
Change request is only valid during the registration period.

全額を返金いたします。

参加キャンセルの手続きが完了したタイミングによって返金割合が異なります。

These refunds will be processed after the competition. Due to differences in the details of each credit card company, it may take up to several months after the competition for the refund to be completed.

新型コロナウイルス感染症 (COVID-19) 対策のため、すべての来場者の方々は以下の事項および実行委員会の指示に従っていただきます。
個別に配慮を要する特別な事情があれば、必ず事前にお問い合わせください。
- すべての来場者に新型コロナワクチンの接種を強く推奨します。
- 常に不織布マスクを着用してください。
- マスクは鼻にすき間なくフィットさせ、しっかりと着用してください。顔に密着しないタイプのフェイスガードは飛沫拡散防止効果が低いため、マスクの代替として認めません。
- 競技参加者の同伴者や見学者は事前申請制で、原則として競技参加者 1 人につき 1 名のみが認められます。事前申請のない同伴者は入場をお断りする場合があります。
- 風邪や発熱など、COVID-19 に類似の症状がある場合には来場しないでください。
- 本人に症状がなくとも、検査が陽性あるいは濃厚接触者と判明した等の理由で隔離が必要と判断される場合には来場しないでください。
- 他者との間には十分な距離を保ち、密を避けてください。
All attendees are required to follow below and instructions of the organizing team.
If you have any particular reason to be treated specially, please be sure to inform us in advance.
- All attendees are strongly recommended to be fully vaccinated.
- Always wear a non-woven face mask to prevent the spread of droplets.
- Competitors may bring at most one guest. No external spectators are allowed, only those coming with a confirmed competitor will be allowed in the venue.
- Please do not attend the competition if you have symptoms related to COVID-19 such as cough, fever, shortness of breath, etc.
- Please do not attend the competition if your isolation deemed to necessary because of a positive COVID-19 test or prolonged exposure to someone with the virus.
- Please keep a sufficient distance and avoid close contact with others.

（登録された個人情報のうち生年月日は非公開です。また、写真の登録は任意です。）
このため、初回参加時には WCA アカウントに登録する名前、国籍、性別、生年月日などの個人情報を確認するための身分証の提示を WCA 代理人より求める場合があります。予めご了承ください。
After you participate in your first WCA competition, your profile will be made publicly like this link, including some of your personal information (name, nationality, and gender) and your WCA competition results.
(Your date of birth will remain private, and registration of your photo is depends on your preference.)
For this reason, the WCA Delegate may ask you to present identification proof to verify your name, nationality, gender, date of birth that will be registered in your WCA account when you first join the WCA competition.

大会に参加する前に、以下をご了承ください。
- 18歳未満の方の参加には、保護者の同意が必要です。
- 個人情報の取扱は、WCAプライバシーポリシーに準じます。
- 参加者の計測結果、名前、国籍、性別はインターネット上に公開されます。
- 生年月日および連絡先は、本人の同意なく公開されません。
- 広報活動や記録を目的に、撮影した写真や映像を大会運営者のHPなどで使用することがあります。
- 各種メディアにより、大会の様子が撮影されたり、大会参加者が取材を受けることがあります。
- COVID-19感染予防対策により、大会の中止がイベント直前に告知される場合があります。
Please agree the following precautions before registration:
- If you are under 18 years of age, please get the consent of your parent before registration.
- Personal data treatment follows WCA Privacy Statement.
- Participant's name (full name), nationality, and gender will be disclosed on the Internet.
- Birth date and contact information will not be disclosed to the outside without the consent of the person.
- For the purpose of recording and PR, organizer may take photos / videos of the competition and use them on the website, SNS etc.
- Competition may be filmed, and competitor may be interviewed by some media.
- Competition may be canceled even after your registration is approved from some reason related to COVID-19.

見学をご希望の場合は、実行委員会宛に見学希望者用フォームにて3/18までに申請してください。参加者の混雑状況を考慮してお返事いたします。

If you are not a competitor or their guest and that you want to observe the competition, application is required in advance.
As a general rule, competitors may bring at most one guest who is a family member or a caregiver of him/her. Please enter the number of guest when you apply for participation in the competition.
Spectators must apply using the form to the organization team before 18th March.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
