Cuộc thi này là cuộc thi khởi động cho các bạn đam mê bộ môn Cubing trong năm 2019. Cuộc thi tập trung vào các cube giải nhanh và thi nhiều vòng để các bạn có dịp cập nhật lại thành tích và khởi động cho các cuộc thi sắp tới.
This comptition is a kick-off event for cube lovers to start a new cubing year of 2019. The competitions will focus on events with short-solving time, and there will be several rounds to compete.

There is a competitor limit of 200 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is 50,000 ₫ (Vietnamese Đồng).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of 90,000 ₫ (Vietnamese Đồng).
Spectators can attend paying an entry fee of 50,000 ₫ (Vietnamese Đồng).
- Lệ phí tham gia: 50.000đ/ thí sinh cho toàn bộ môn thi. Lưu ý: nếu các bạn đăng ký tại ngày thi, lệ phí sẽ là 90.000đ. BTC khuyến khích các bạn đăng ký trước.
- Các bạn vui lòng Claim ID WCA trước khi đăng ký và sử dụng WCA ID của mình để đăng ký cuộc thi. Việc này sẽ giúp ích rất nhiều cho BTC.
- Địa điểm nộp lệ phí thi: Tại bàn thi đấu vào ngày thi.

Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
