All the participants are requested to volunteer in the competition and every participant (except New comers) will be assigned to a particular event they have to Judge (or) Scramble in which they are participating, all this will be decided by the organising team and will be informed 2 days before the event, we will make sure that your volunteering will not affect your events.

There is a competitor limit of 75 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₹500 (Indian Rupee).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .

No on the spot registrations will be accepted.
The Participant should compulsorily register on WCA and should make the payment on or before 6th May 2022..

Fees Structure:
1) A base fee of Rs 500 is applicable which includes 1 event. An additional fee of Rs 50 per event will be applicable.
For example. If you compete in 3 events, you pay base fees for 1 event and additional fee for 2 events. So Total 500 + (2x50)= Rs 600.Events Fees 1 Event 500 2 Events 550 3 Events 600 4 Events 650 5 Events 700 6 Events 750 Please do the payment of each participant separately.
Note:
1) It is mandatory to pay the registration fees and also register on WCA to complete the full registration process.

For those of you new to cubing, WELCOME!
We wanted to let you know this event is perfectly fine for cubers of ANY age and experience. We just ask you know a couple things before coming to compete...

We have a video made specifically for new cubers, to show them the basics of competing. This video will explain most of what any cuber competing for the first time will need to know.

FAQs
Q: Do I use my own cube to compete?
A: YES! You are responsible for your own hardware in order to compete. This means you should bring your own cube.
Q: What is the normal age of competitors at these events?
A: All ages are welcome, but in general competitors are between 10 and 20 years old. Don't let this stop you though, everyone can and should cube!
Q: How do I find results?
A: All results are posted on the WCA page within a week after the competition finishes. However, for the day of competing, go to https://live.worldcubeassociation.org to find information about current events. This is also where you will find information about upcoming rounds of events. Remember, the results are entered by a human so please be patient if you do not see your results immediately.
Q: Are there age divisions?
A: Nope! All competitors compete together.
Q: I want to attend, or I have friends/family who want to attend, but not compete. Do they need to pay as well?
A: No. All spectators are free to view the competition at no cost. There is payment only to compete. But in some cases, venue will be having restriction to allow spectators depending on the competition.
Q: Can I have fun at this event?
A: HECK YES! Cubing is amazing, and we sincerely hope you enjoy the competition!

The organizing team needs a few cubers (preferably who have attended competitions previously) as volunteers for Hyderabad Summer Open 2022.
Volunteers are required to help organizing team with the competition activities including judging, scrambling, running etc. for the event.

Please note that Non-Vegetarian food is not allowed anywhere near the premises or the playing hall.
Participants selected as volunteers shall be provided free lunch by the organizing team.
Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
