Information

Make sure to be available at the venue at least 15 minutes before your event starts. Late entries won't be allowed to participate.
Attend the new participates tutorial session if you're new to WCA competitions or unfamiliar with its rules.
Bring a Government ID card for verification if it's your first time participating in a WCA competition.
Participants are expected to volunteer and will be assigned with roles as judges, scramblers, or runners, with the exception of newcomers.

There is a competitor limit of 75 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₹250 (Indian Rupee).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of ₹500 (Indian Rupee).
Any spectator can attend for free.

Venue - Students' Activity Centre Multipurpose Hall

IIT Patna is situated in a town named Bihta which is nearly 36 kilometers from Patna city. Bihta can be reached via bus or train.

Train	Patna Raiway Junction	45 min (may be delayed)	Follow the local train timings for the trains going from Patna to Bihta. Watch out for dealyed trains. After reaching Bihta station, take a direct autorickshaw for IIT Patna.
Cab	Patna	1 hr 10 min	Uber and OLA cabs are easilly available at any location within the main city of Patna.

There are some hotels in Bihta which you can check out.

Food

The venue is situated beside the food court.
There are few restaurants near the campus where you can dine in.
Food delivery services such as Swiggy and Zomato are also functional.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
