Walk in registrations will be allowed for Sunday events only

This competition is also recognized as "Iceland Championships". Icelandic citizens will be rewarded and will get "Iceland champion titles".
Space in the venue is limited, please let us know how many people will come with you.
It will be possible to order T-shirts. Contact us if you have any questions!
You will have to pay the registration fees at the venue the day of the competition to participate: kr500 (~4€~4.5USD)


Þetta mót er einnig skráð sem "Íslandsmót" þar sem fljótustu Íslendingarnir munu fá verðlaun og verða þeir krýndir Íslandsmeistarar.
Pláss á staðnum er takmarkað svo endilega látið okkur vita hversu marga gesti þið munuð hafa með ykkur.
Mögulegt verður að panta stuttermaboli. Sendið spurningar á okkur ef eitthvað er óljóst!
Mótsgjald er 500 krónur fyrir keppendur og verður það greitt á mótsdag.

The base registration fee for this competition is 500 kr. (Icelandic Króna).

Icelandic Nationals 2018 Schedule

Cutoff: You must achieve a single time under this time in one of your first two solves to complete the average of 5. If the format is mean of 3, then the cutoff applies after one solve.
Time Limit: The time limit for all events (except 3x3 Blindfolded, see note) is 10 minutes. At this point your solve will be stopped and receive a DNF. See Regulation A1a4.
Proceed: This is the number of competitors from the round that will move onto the next round.

3x3 Blindfolded Note: For this event there is no cutoff, however all solves for the round must be completed within the timeframe of 15 minutes. For example if you take 6 minutes for the first attempt, you will have 9 minutes left for your remaining attempts in the round.

Time limit

If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).

Cutoff

The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).

Format

The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
