On-line Rates
Regular based registration of 200.00 PhP for First-timers/Passive Competitors only (inclusive of Certificate of Participation) for one event, and ₱100.00 additional per two events.
Regular registration of 400.00 PhP for Returners (inclusive of Certificate of Participation) for three events, and additional ₱100.00 per two events.

NOTE
A Passive Competitor is any person who has a WCA ID but has not attended a WCA competition in the last 24 months.

You must send us the proof of payment/receipt, valid ID (for first timers), name of competitor, amount paid, contact number, and categories you are participating via our Facebook page Negros Speedcubers or email at negroscubers.organizing@gmail.com with this format:

If registration requirements are complete, we will reply with a confirmation message and approve your registration. No confirmation message, registration not approved.

NOTE
(1) Please follow the registration and payment instructions. We run on a first come, first serve basis. If the registration requirements are not properly followed until the 60 competitor limit has been reached, your registration will not be approved and strictly NO REFUNDS.

(2) Payment sent on the GCash account without confirmation as Registration payment will be considered as donations to the account owner. Once again, please follow the registration requirements and instructions.

On-site Registration

On-site Rates
On-site registration of 250.00 PhP for FIRST-TIMERS only for one event, and ₱100.00 additional per two events.
On-site registration of 450.00 PhP for RETURNERS for three events, and ₱100.00 additional per two events.

Instructions/Requirements
Payment will be at the registration area before filling the registration form. For first timers, please present your valid ID upod registration.

NOTE
On-site registration for events held in the morning are not allowed. Cutoff will be at noon or when the 60 competitor limit has been reached. If the 60 competitor limit gets filled before competition day, there will be no onsite registrations.

Registration for Foreigners

For Foreigners/Filipinos not residing in the Philippines, Please email us negroscubers.organizing@gmail.com on how to register online.

All Competitors
● As per WCA Regulation 1e2, you are obliged to officiate/judge upon being called. Failure in doing such duties will result in your disqualification from the competition at the discretion of a WCA delegate.

New Competitors
● For first timers, it is highly encouraged to familiarize yourself with the WCA Regulations.
● To accustom yourself even more with how WCA competitions work, you are required to read the WCA First-time Competitor Guide and/or watch this Competitor Tutorial by WCA Senior Delegate, Kit Clement.

● If you are still confused as to what the procedures are, there will be a live demonstration/tutorial before the competition starts.
● Have fun and don't hesitate to ask questions to the Delegate and Event Organizers.
