There is a competitor limit of 200 competitors.
The base registration fee for this competition is ₹250 (Indian Rupee).
Registration fees won't be refunded under any circumstance.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until .
If you are a registered competitor you may change your registered events until by contacting the organization team.
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a base registration fee of ₹750 (Indian Rupee).
Competitors may only register for events that they are already qualified for.
Fee Structure

Registration and Payment
On the spot registrations will be accepted with a fees of ₹750 and restricted to 4 events (2x2, 3x3, Pyraminx, Skewb).
You can also register offline for the competition at one of the competitions listed in the Offline Registration Tab by paying in cash to the competition delegate. The list of these competitions will be updated as more competitions are added. The offline registration fee will be the same as the online registration fee.

Notes:
1. You can't change the events once the registration period closes.
2. It is mandatory to pay the registration fees AND register on WCA to complete the full registration process.
3. Wait for 48 hours to get your registration confirmed after payment has been done.
Q1. Can I add more events after my registration is approved?
Yes, one can add more events after completing the registration and payment process. Please write to us giving details of the same and we'll be glad to assist you.
NOTE - Addition of events facility is available only until 9AM GMT+5:30 of the first day of the competition, no requests will be entertained under any circumstance after 15th December 2023.
Q2. Can I change/remove the events I've registered for?
No, changing/removing events after your registration is approved is not allowed.
Q3: What are the rules of this event?
The competition follows the WCA Regulations. Here is a video summarizing the important ones. There will be an official competitor tutorial on Saturday at 09:30 A.M. where all important rules will be explained.
Q4: Do I have to use my own cube to compete?
Yes! You are responsible for your own hardware in order to compete. This means you should bring your own puzzles.
Q5: What is the normal age of competitors at these events? Are there age divisions?
The competition is open to competitors of all age and gender. There will be only one combined ranking.
Q6: How do I find the results?
All results are posted on the WCA website within a week after the competition finishes. However, for the day of competing, go to WCA Live to find information about current events. This is also where you will find information about upcoming rounds of events. Remember, the results are entered by a human so please be patient if you do not see your results immediately.
Q7: Can I attend the competition without competing? Do guests of competitors need to pay for the competition?
Yes, you can attend the competition as a spectator.
No. All spectators are free to attend the competition at no cost. There is payment only to compete. However, if you require any other facilities such as travel and accommodation, that will be paid for.
Q8: Can I have fun at this event?
More than you can imagine! Solving is just one part of the competition. There are also many unofficial events and seminars for you to have a wholesome experience.

2. Guwahati Airport (127 KM from venue)
Note- Shillong Airport has direct flights from Guwahati, Kolkata and Delhi only, while Guwahati Airport has direct flights from many major cities of India. Transportation option to Shillong are available directly from Guwahati airport itself, so for many people, it would make more sense to fly to Guwahati Airport instead of Shillong Airport.

**Note- Both of the two stations are situated in Guwahati, Assam and have good railway connectivity to the rest of the country. Transportation options directly to Shillong are available from both of these stations.

**Note- It's quite difficult to find direct conveyance from Kamakhya Junction to Shillong, so its better to first head towards Paltan Bazaar from local Rickshaws that charge ₹200 or with OLA, UBER or Rapido and then change to Taxi/Sumo for Shillong.
**Note- NEHU lies before main city. So, ask your driver to take you through the road that leads to NEHU without taking you to the main city. Basically ask him to take the left turn from ISBT Shillong because due to traffic it will take a lot of time for you to come back to NEHU via a different non-Highway taxi path.

Inside campus, we have three guest houses with a total of 34 dormitory beds and 90 rooms that can accommodate max. 3 person each.
For rooms, it will cost approx. ₹1500 per room.

Offline Registration
Apart from registering online at our website, you also have the option to register offline at some Indian competitions by paying in cash to the delegate at the competition. Time limit
If you reach the time limit during your solve, the judge will stop you and your result will be DNF (see Regulation A1a4).
A cumulative time limit may be enforced (see Regulation A1a2).
Cutoff
The result to beat to proceed to the second phase of a cutoff round (see Regulation 9g).
Format
The format describes how to determine the ranking of competitors based on their results. The list of allowed formats per event is described in Regulation 9b. See Regulation 9f for a description of each format.
Qualification
Qualification times must be set in other WCA competitions in order to compete. Qualification times must be set before Dec 6, 2023.
