How do I register?

• You need to pay the registration fee in advance in order to complete your registration. No registrations will be accepted without payments.

2. After registration you'll be able to see the button to pay the €20 registration fee;
3. Remember to check your email address: an email containing more details about the competition will be sent in the week before the event.

Note: The registration procedure is completed only after you have paid the registration fee.

Number of participants
There is a limit of 200 competitors. If the limit is reached, there will be a waiting list.

When can I register?
Registration will open on June 7th at 21:00 (CET) and close on September 15th at 23:59 (CET).

Can I register on site?
No, on-site registration is not accepted.

How much does it cost?
The registration fee for this competition is:

• €20 (Euro) for Cubing Italy Cubing Italy Members (note: this membership is free, see more below).
• €30 (Euro) for Cubing Italy non-members (note: non-members will have to pay €20 online plus €10 on site if they decide not to become Member).

How can I become a Member?
Becoming a Cubing Italy Member is free and does not imply any obligation towards the association.
Membership is valid until you request cancellation.

You can become a member by filling out this form on the Cubing Italy website.
For children under the age of 16 a parent's authorization is required. If you are under 16 years old, fill in the form with your data and send it anyway.
You will be asked to fill the form at your first competition.

Can I get a refund?
If your registration is cancelled before 23:59 (CET) of September 17h you will be refunded 100% of your registration fee. If you wish to cancel your registration, press "delete" here.

How does the waiting list work?
You will be put on the waiting list if you complete the registration process after the competitor limit has been reached.
If someone on the competitor list resigns, the first person on the waiting list will be accepted and will receive a confirmation email.
Registrants on the waiting list may be accepted onto the competitor list until September 17th, 2024 at 23:59 CET. The waiting list will then be closed and all the competitors that didn't manage to secure a spot, will get a 100% refund on the registration fee.

Note: You will be put on the waiting list only after you have paid the registration fee.

Are spectators allowed?
Spectators are allowed, can attend for free.

Are guests allowed?
Guests are allowed, can attend for free.

• Il costo di registrazione deve essere pagato in anticipo online per poter completare il processo di registrazione. Nessuna registrazione sarà accettata senza pagamento.

Le registrazioni aprono il 7 giugno alle 21:00 (CET) e chiudono il 15 settembre alle 23:59 (CET).

Posso registrarmi in loco?
No, purtroppo le registrazioni in loco non sono previste.

Quanto costa?
Il costo di registrazione a questa competizione è:

• €20 (Euro) per i Soci di Cubing Italy (nota: associarsi è gratutito, maggiori informazioni sotto).
• €30 (Euro) per i non soci di Cubing Italy (nota: i non soci dovranno pagare €20 online più €10 in loco nel caso decidessero di non associarsi).

Come posso associarmi?
Associarsi è gratuito e non comporta alcun obbligo verso l’associazione.
Il tesseramento ha validità permanente, fino ad una cancellazione volontaria.

È possibile associarsi compilando questo form sul sito di Cubing Italy.
Per i minori di 16 anni è necessaria l'autorizzazione di un genitore. Se hai meno di 16 anni, compila comunque il form con i tuoi dati e invialo.
Ti sarà chiesto di compilare un modulo per il consenso alla tua prima competizione ufficiale.

Posso avere un rimborso?
Se cancelli la tua registrazione prima delle 23:59 (CET) del 17 settembre hai diritto al rimborso del 100% della tassa di iscrizione. Se desideri cancellare la tua registrazione, clicca "cancella" qui.

Come funziona la lista d'attesa?
Verrai messo in lista d'attesa se completi il processo di registrazione dopo che il limite è già stato raggiunto.
Se un partecipante rinuncia, la prima persona in lista d'attesa verrà accettata e riceverà una mail di conferma.
Le persone in lista d'attesa possono rientrare tra i partecipanti fino al 17 settembre 2024. Dopodichè la lista sarà chiusa e tutti coloro che non sono riusciti ad entrare riceveranno un rimborso del 100% sulla tassa di iscrizione.

N.B. Sarai considerato in lista d'attesa solo una volta pagata la tassa di iscrizione.

To reach the venue:

By car from the A4:
Exit the A4 at Verona Sud and follow the signs for SS434, taking the Cerea exit. Continue on SP44 towards Cerea, and you will find signs for Area Exp on your right as you enter the town (just after the underpass).

By car from the A13:
Exit the A13 at the "Villa Marzana – Rovigo Sud" toll booth and follow the signs for state road SS434 towards Verona-Legnago, taking the Cerea exit. Continue on SP44 towards Cerea, and you will find signs for Area Exp on your right as you enter the town (just after the underpass).
There are 3 free parking lots with a total of 450 parking spaces.

By train:
Cerea station is accessible from Verona, Rovigo, Mantua, Monselice, and Bologna (with a transfer at Nogara). From the train station, turn right. The Area Exp is already visible (a 3-minute walk).

By bus:
From Verona, take line 144.

Per raggiungere la venue:

In macchina dalla A4:
Usciti dall’A4 in direzione Verona Sud seguire le indicazioni per SS434 uscita Cerea. Continuare per SP44 direzione Cerea, troverete indicazioni per Area Exp entrando in paese sulla destra (subito dopo il sottopassaggio).

In macchina dalla A13:
Usciti dall’A13 al casello di “Villa Marzana – Rovigo Sud” seguire le indicazioni per strada statale SS434 in direzione Verona-Legnago uscita Cerea. Continuare per SP44 direzione Cerea, troverete indicazioni per Area Exp entrando in paese sulla destra (subito dopo il sottopassaggio).
Sono presenti 3 parcheggi gratuiti per un totale di 450 posti auto.

In treno:
La stazione di Cerea è raggiungibile da Verona, Rovigo, Mantova, Monselice, Bologna (con cambio a Nogara).
Dalla stazione ferroviaria girare a destra. L’area Exp è già visibile (3 minuti a piedi).

In autobus:
Da Verona prendere la linea 144

• Consulting: We offer our knowledge and experience about the world of speedcubing and Rubik's Cubes
• Diffusion: We promote and publicize events of local communities related to speedcubing.
• Support: We help organizers throughout the whole organization process.

The competition is officially recognized by the World Cube Association, therefore competitors are required to know the WCA Regulations.
All the competitors must be available to help during the competition. This means that if required, they'll have to act as judges or scramblers.
During the competition competitors will be divided into groups.

La competizione è ufficialmente riconosciuta dalla World Cube Association, quindi i partecipanti sono tenuti a conoscere il Regolamento WCA.
Tutti i concorrenti devono essere disponibili per aiutare durante la competizione. Ciò significa che, se necessario, dovranno rendersi disponibili come giudici o scrambler.
Durante la competizione i concorrenti saranno divisi in gruppi.
